Good for beginners, a little pricey., Item is a little heavy

This model doesn't have all the bells and whistles but I also knew I didn't want to spend an extra $100 on Bluetooth I probably wouldn't use much so I am very happy with this purchase. It's a lot of fun to ride and nice to know it's certified safe!

Bought swagtron for our sons 12th birthday. He enjoys 'hovering' throughout the house! I gave it a try and found it to be a lot of fun as well! The outer shell is made of plastic so while riding outside my son did bump into something causing a small crack in the outer shell. Overall this is a good product.

We bought this for our 8 year old son for Christmas. He loves the Swagtron hover board. We initially was going to buy the Razor hover board but it was out of stock. We bought a hover board for our then 12 year old son last year. The product has improved greatly. The prong charger is better. Kids enjoy the lights. Good buy.

I purchased this for my grand daughter who is 11. She loves loves this thing. Along with everybody else no matter how young or old. Comes with two settings beginner and novice. Which was good in the beginning. Didn't take long before she was a pro and rolling around everywhere.

The Segway is a fun and pretty cool invention. I read reviews after hearing of the hover boards catching fire, and learned that this brand is safe. We haven't had any safety issues. However, it is not made of the best and strongest plastic. The board had pieces chip away within the first day learning to ride it.

Had to return to company because of charger issue but they replaced

We bought this for my nephew, because our daughter got a hoverboard for Christmas and he loved it. The only thing this one did not have that my daughters had was built in bluetooth speaker. This hoverboard is good quality and we have had no issues with it. We would definitely buy it again.

Very nice I bought this as a gift for my daughter she is blind out of her right eye and her sense of balance is not all there so for her to be able to ride around is a dream come true thank you very much

My kids and I like this hover board, it works well and has had no problems. The only problem is that the rubber guards to protect the sides from scratches does not fit well, and continues to fall off. We decided to not use it, it was a pain trying to keep it on and losing it.

I was unsure about getting this item for my 9 yr old daughter but i was quickly thinking differently after she got on it and scooted around the house like nothing. She very quickly learned how to operate it and it has been her daily ride from here to there and loves it.

I enjoyed the customer service and ease of finding the product I was looking for (Swagtron Hoverboard - Black). I opened the box to find all that was described in the box and a working hoverboard. Great Product, Great Quality and Great Service!

I bought one for my daughter and ended up playing on it myself. I was wobbly at first, but once I got my balance and figured out how to apply pressure it pretty much became intuitive. My only complaint is that I wish it had a longer battery life.

I bought two of these for my kids and they love them. They charge easily and are ready to go right out of the box. We have not had any problems with either Swagtron. I would recommend this item to anyone looking for an entry level scooter.

What can I say, after several years, this thing is still going strong. The batter has had a slight degrade after 5 years or so, but it's still good. It works great! Zero issues!

I bought this from Best Buy because I know they are a business I can trust. They would not sell an unsafe product & that gave me the confidence I needed to purchase one for me son. He loves it, & he was able to quickly get the hang of it due to it's beginner setting.

Awesome product. Worked as expected. Hours and hours of fun for kids. Just be careful and watch those that ride it until they have some experience.

My 10yr old son got this for his birthday. Even after rolling it plenty of times it still works great! Great toy for the entire family! The only thing I don't like is how the bumpers always fall off. Other than that we love it!
