My grandson wanted this for his 10th birthday. He LOVES this! He is very cautious when riding, and we required proper safety gear. There is not a cooler item for a 10 YO!

Buy the geek insurance, the plastic covering has broken 3x's but thankfully Best Buy full warranty was purchased and our hover board has been replaced 3xs

We bought two of these and the kids love them. Couldn't be happier. We purchased skins for them, as well, to protect the tops of the fenders. The hoverboards can roll when you jump off and that scratches the tops of the fenders.

I bought this for my son as he achieved something that we were encouraging him for. He loves it and does cool moves while on it!

The sales rep in the store was very knowledgeable about this product. He was very helpful. Also, this product shipped very quickly especially since it was days before Christmas. The hover board is solid, well designed product.

Was easy to learn. Got it for a gift for 13 year old nephew and he caught right on. Did great turns on a dime. He has just had a ton of fun with it.

Great little toy, fun to ride, performs as advertised... On a casual ride, with some standing around(I.E. Spinning in circles or frequent changes of direction) battery lasts about 1-1.5 hrs...

We did our research and found that this Hover Board was top rated. Best Buy had one left in stock and they held it for me in Sarasota Fl while we were on vacation. Very helpful staff

After a lot of research we decided that this was the hover board weeere going to purchase for our son. He loves it!!! I love the safety rating and the durability. Too much fun!!!

Great product loads of fun charges quickly but battery doesn't last long enough it is very quite and seems heavy duty but haven't had it long enough to see if it will hold up

This is a fun hover board that can be used inside or outside, it takes some getting used to but once you get the hang of it, its a blast. It takes a few hours to get the unit completely charged.

Got kids a different brand set for Christmas online and had major issues by the first of year, had to return. Found these at Best Buy and have been riding every since.

Needed a PC for a non-profit group. Was able to find an open-box PC for a very reasonable price. Staff was very helpful in recommending software and adapters I needed.

I reviewed hoverboard for weeks before pulling the trigger on this one. My only suggestion is to buy a backup charging cord because if it's for a kid they will need it

My kids love this! Great product! The insurance is a great thing to have also! Will defiantly be buying another one.

Product comes with pads for protecting wheel covers but won't stay on. Units easily scratched up .
