Purchased this for a Christmas present after reading multiple reviews online. Was impressed with the extent to which Swagtron went to insure battery safety - putting in quality batteries, proper battery management systems, and strong containment materials in case of a battery failure. Product is heavier than expected, but it works flawlessly and the weight actually makes it feel sturdy when riding. Lots of fun once you get the hang of it.

Been using this every day since purchase. Long battery life, easy to learn how to use, and a lot of fun.

First of all, happy that this is finally UL certified eliminating the concern of this blowing up. Second of all, used this with my nephews and nieces(ages 9-15) and they all loved it. If you stay close to them for four or five minutes, they pretty much figure it out and don't need help and don't fall anymore. Plus I used it myself and absolutely loved it. Though I did fall on my butt a couple of times before figuring it out.

Purchased for my 8 year old. Works perfectly. Easy to get the hang of and charges quickly.

Bought two Swagtron hover boards for Christmas for grandkids, 12 & 10. Huge hits. Kids made it look easy. Both kids have used them extensively since Christmas. Visited daughter's house yesterday and she was riding my grandson's hover board around in the house. Grandson rode it a couple miles to my house today, no problem with sidewalk/street intersections. One of the best Christmas gifts I have ever given anyone.

My son just loves it! So easy to handle and very durable. Last a long time between charges.

I bought this for my sons birthday and he loves it and rides everywhere on it. Holds a EXCELLENT battery charge if you don't overcharge it. Must read instructions on charging because it's the life of the product. Overall it's a great toy except my disappointment when my so tried to get off of it and it flew insanely out from under his feet and hit the baseboard of my home breaking the piece over the tire even with the rubber guard on it.

This thing is very heavy and solid. It is easy to ride, but must be handle with care.

Fun for the whole family! But about 6 wks after purchasing the board the charger stopped working. I have reached out to Swagtron support to get it fixed but it is very annoying to spend that kind of money on an item that stops working so quickly after purchasing. I read other reviews and there were a lot that mendtioned the power cord (charger) issue. I have my fingers crossed that SwagTron can remedy the issue quickly. Will update post once company finishes their review of my charger issue.

It is so much fun riding this board, takes less than 5 mins to learn how to ride it. and about a few hours to master it. only down side is riding on uneven ground, the wheels are very stiff so you will feel every bump, and will be hard to control on continuous bumps. over all well worth the price for the amount fun you'll have, as long as it doesn't blow up after full charge (seen some un UL approved boards) but this one is certified and should be safe.

I was very much against purchasing this for my daughter but eventually I caved. She really likes it and I have also tried it. Easier than expected but the danger of wiping out and getting hurt is very real. Getting on and off is actually the hardest part and I never let her on it unsupervised or without helmet. It is fun but really shouldn't be treated as a "toy"...

This is a fun toy, charges relatively quickly. I ride for about an hour with no worries

My 9 year old daughter saved up her own money and purchased the Swagtron hoverboard, even though I was skeptical. It was easy for her to use right away and she loves it! She rides it everywhere. My only complaint is the fact that it will take a chunk out of your wood furniture if you bump into it, but that was solved by limiting areas of the house it was used. Lol!

Goes fast. Grandson loves it. Holds charge well.Would recommend it.

Really easy to ride.smooth maneuverability and fast charging

The charge lasts for a long time, my kid beats the heck out of this thing & to date it has not broken a part. I definitely recommend putting the rubber bumper covers over the wheel base. My only knock is the charger port cover, it is a cheap rubber piece and comes off easily, then you will start bending the charger port up and have that to look forward too.

Good prices, only thing got a defective oculus headset and had to exchange it.
