I bought this for my nephew for his birthday and had my sister in Denver pick it up and wrap it. I was out there today and wanted to check it out. I was very disappointed to find that the item itself has a different weight tolerance, battery capacity, and speed from what is stated by Best Buy. The product does appear to be very sturdy. The tires are definitely durable and allow for different kinds of terrain.

I seen some bad reviews about this but decided to give it a chance. When I got it delivered I quickly opened it up. It’s very nice and good quality but pretty heavy. I took it out the box and tried turning it on. It wouldn’t turn on so I thought maybe it’s just dead. So I tried charging it but it wouldn’t charge at all. I’m not sure if it’s the charger or the Hoverboard itself but it wouldn’t work. Very disappointed.

I have purchased this hoverboard online and get it yesterday afternoon from bestbuy. It was zero charge and I charge it for 4 hours and try to ride it, the hoverboard was not charge after that time. Make me upset and i have to return because it is function less. What i think is, the product was sell to buyer without testing.

Was never even able to power this unit on. I received the unit, charged it overnight, and attempted to power it on. There was nothing! I played with different variations of “charging” the unit with no success. I contacted the help line where they tried to troubleshoot the issue. They were unable to assist, and told me to return the unit. What a joke! One would think if you purchase a product from Best Buy that you would get a quality product... I guess not. They should rethink selling their product (in my opinion). I would not recommend, not ever purchase again! Might as well throw your money out the window! (Is 0 stars an option)

Ordered 2 of these. Neither would take a charge. Swagtron support has been useless. Will be returning to Best Buy and will never trust another Swagtron product.

I bought this for my Son birthday and was very disappointed!! The hoverboard wont Charge at all! I don’t recommend this brand! Best Buy should review the product first before selling it!

Works great. Still works awesome after 1.5 years of use.

Quality product , not cheaply made. I did not get the experience to ride it so I can’t speak about the speed.

I don't know where to even begin. I ordered this hoverboard and was extremely excited to receive it. I got the hoverboard after a few days and it would not even turn on. I tried everything to get it to work. Googling the hoverboard to see if I'm missing something all the way to making sure it had a full charge. Well, nothing happened with it. Whenever I hit the power button, it would flash orange and beeped and would not stop. I realized they sent me a defective hoverboard according to the Swagtron website... I am extremely upset. This thing normally costs 200 dollars and I paid 130 for it but still, that's a lot of money for something to not work. I am very disappointed. I didn't even want to go through the process of trying to get another one because honestly, I'd probably get another defective one and it is not worth it. I have never had a good experience with Best Buy and this was the icing on the cake for me. Never again will I order from here. Such a waste of time and money.

I bought this model for my son for Christmas after loads of research. And Swagtron didn’t disappoint!! I would recommend getting a few skins as the board gets scratched from regular usage. But the performance of the T8 is GREAT! Carries my son who is 50lbs and myself (160lbs) and can carry up to 200lbs! Goes threw the grass no problem also! All in all very happy with my purchase.
