I gifted the product to my daughter & with every charge it last barely 5-10 min of indoor ride. It's really frustrating on charging it every 15 min. Called customer care & they said it is supposed to hold charge for only 15-20 min what a crappy product for the price that its labeled at. It works great but with very very short battery life it's horrible product.

My son loves this scooter. he rides it every day. battery charge is decent, last a good time. he hasn't use it outside, so not sure how well it works outside of our house.

I was expecting more quality form this brand, as this scooter has barely been used, and is now experiencing sporadic charging, so it is not charging fully and by the time you get on it and ride, it runs out of energy by the time you get to the end of the driveway. Not happy with this product.

The battery dont stay charged long so my kids only get to play with it for a lil bit they have to play with it inside right know

I bought this for my grandson and he loves it. He hasn’t been off of it since he received it. Battery life is good and it’s easy for a 10 year old to charge. So far, so good.

It’s working first month and it’s stopped charging and not working to now How I can change please My kids it’s very sad

After overnight charge it would only run for about 10-15 mins max. Returned it and got hover-1

Box may have been dropped or something, but it was not working when we got it home. Luckily we opened and tested before my granddaughters bday. Had to return and get a different one.

I purchased this hoverboard for my daughter as a Christmas gift. It would not hold a charge. Had to return it twice. Finally, the third board and two weeks later, it works.

We bought this for our 6 year old grandson. He loves it and his brothers 6 & 9 also enjoy it. Comes charged so we didn’t have to charge after he opened it. Lasts for a long time.

Used it for indoor fun, charging time is more than 5 hrs, but runs for very minimal hrs. Worth for the price when you buy in spl offer

Got this on a deal. Worth the money. My son uses this mostly. He was able to easily balance on this and even started doing some tricks within an hour

Great color and fun to ride. Like a second skin it rides smooth and effortless. I wanted the extended warranty but was not able to purchase it.

It is a Christmas present and is not opened yet. We were told this was a top brand and got it from Best Buy.com

Only have had for three weeks and it continuously has issues with one wheel, preventing it from working. Best Buy won’t take it back because I purchased it more than 15 days ago. What a waste!!
