A normal 100' BNC cable with an included coupler for extending an existing cable. However the cable that is shown on the box is not the cable that is included in the package. The only key difference is the insulation gauge of the wire. This doesn't effect the over all quality of the product as its mostly a cosmetic change. Cosmetic bait and switch is worth 1 star however.

I bought 2 of these to extend to locations that the 60' that come with the cameras wouldn't reach. They worked flawlessly.

This 100ft cable has been operating for 2 years with no problems. I have the Swann 5MP cameras, and needed more than the standard 60 ft cable length that came with the system to reach the far corner of the garage (Not sure if the new Swann 8MP 4K cameras still use this style cable). About 20 feet of the 100 feet is exposed to outdoors, and there have been no problems with the sun, snow, or rain. I knew I could have saved five to ten bucks on a cheaper cable, but since I had already spent several hundred on the Swann system, I went with this official Swann cable and have been happy ever since. I see no difference in my video quality between the 60 ft and 100 ft lengths. I would recommend it to others.

It's a cable and it works so not much to say. The cables that come with the cameras are 60' so if you need anything longer you will have to buy this one. Comes with an adapter so that you can add this 100' to the 60' or you can use it alone.
