Terrible Software
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Swann View Plus software for the desktop and mobile app are terrible. They do not function properly and lock up on a regular basis. I purchased this system thinking it would allow me to remotely monitor my home from both my phone and via wifi from my computer but the product does not function as advertised. Tech support with Swann was unsuccessful in helping me to resolve the issue and in fact I had to call them 5 times for the same problem. I do not recommend this product.
