It was advertised as having night vison camera. Well they are not very good. No instruction on how to save or copy movement. They want you to pay over 600.00 bucks to install and the information that came with the cameras wants you to pay a lot more to install. . I am very disappointed. No matter what you have to pay a lot more just to get them to find out how to use them. I am very upset about this.

Worked great when it was working. Power adapter went bad after 6 months, still waiting on Swann to respond to my warranty request. They don't seem to be in a hurry, 3 days now. Went ahead and purchased a Q-See dvr and got back running. Sad to see the lack of support by Swann

I found this product to be an excellent and affordable product with features I would expect to be on more expensive models. With remote monitoring on your phone, computer, or tablet you can watch what's going on around your home. You can set it to contact you if there's movement in certain areas etc. I have been very impressed with the quality and reliability.

The dvr stopped working in less than 1 month. Im having it serviced by Swann and they have it, but still haven't checked it in. Its been 4 days at Swann???
