Replacement to existing camera system, Simple CAT5 connections.
Easy to install and set up. Picture quality is great with included cameras. Ordering and pick up was easy and quick. Plenty of room for expansion down the road.

You Don’t Get What You Pay For

Had 2 cameras out of 8 fail right out of the box. Costumer Service is poor. The process for returning equipment is not like other quality competitors. They issue you a RA number via email. I expected Swann to send 2 new cameras and I would return the defective cameras in the boxes the new units came in. Doesn’t quite work that way. Once the RA is received, I am required to package the defective units and ship them to Swann at my expense. After they receive their defective product, they have 10 days to ship repaired units back to me. That says everything about Swann as a company. Read reviews, do your research before purchasing Swann cameras. Customer service is very poor. Representatives are hard to understand. Not a quality camera system.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear about your experience with your Swann 16 Channel NVR System. We have other warranty processes available that can help get your replacement processed in an expedited manner. Swann offers two warranty processes. The standard warranty policy requires the unit be returned back into the warehouse prior to the unit being replaced. An advanced shipment can be processed upon request, which allows for the unit to be processed in replacement prior to the return of the defective one.
