Absolutely just more junk. Tech support is answered by persons that do NOT know what they are doing. They cannot even read flip charts. Really, not exaggerating. When all is considered it cannot be said they speak or understand basic English. The warranty is worthless. To even get some of the cameras to function at night, an added flood light is necessary. Color night vision is a false statement. The only way to get the cameras to even come close to being as advertised, require extensive adjustment, by going into the software settings and make changes. Even then it is not, in any way as stated, and advertised. So you will know, it is required for them to send a new transformer, even though the transformer is functioning as indicated with its blue light. This is an example of their totally worthless warranty. For me, I would not even accept one if it was completely free. The quality of sound is again, completely worthless. It is not possible to understand any sound. The sound is just worthless static.

This system has great picture quality and great sound and works great. System installed & configuration went very well, easy to program. The App works very good and is easy to maneuver around in. The system is overall a great value for the price.

Good picture quality for the money and the fact you can add 4K cameras later is always a plus. Pretty easy to install. Still trying to figure some of my settings on the system to get them how I like them.

Great system. Stores all video on an internal hard drive. Does not need a cloud system. Only need an internet connection if you want to use their app.

Happy with purchase, however can only view 3 of the cameras in hi definition at once and the 4th camera in standard. However you can record all 4 cameras in hi definition at once. I wish this system was able to talk to people that come to your door, I haven’t found a nvr camera that I can add that does that.

It is easy to install, nothing to worry on how to set-up. If you have any confusion or question their customer service is available 24/7.

My household feels safer with these cameras in place. They are of top quality and highly dependable. The NVR application basic usage is straight forward and the configuration options are extensive. The phone app needs some work however.

A little purchase that side to side with ring or other systems is more reliable, flexible, and cost effective.

Software for this hardware is always so poor. But the quality and the POE is great.
