My main complaint is that the online manual is for a PREVIOUS version of the system. You'd think they could spend an afternoon and update the manual. As it is, it's very difficult to understand the workings of the system when the manual just makes things more confusing. The hardware itself is fine. After you figure out how things work, you can link thru the internet and your wifi. It can be fine tuned for motion sensitivity and send alerts to your phone. Or you can see live views on your phone. You will need to connect to a TV for the setup, even if you will normally be viewing on your phone. I still don't have my system fine tuned adequately, but I think I'll be able to sort out the bugs. Overall, it's a pretty versatile system.

The system was very easy to setup with minimal configuration required. The DVR automatically linked to the Swann DDNS servers and once the UUID was entered, the cell phone picked it right up. Picture quality is good and it fills basic security video needs.

The Swann survaillance system was easy to setup. The video is clear on the tv and easy to understand how to move around the cameras when viewing. The only trouble we have is getting it yo view on our phones. It may be our internet, not sure.

I bought this system after reviewing several brands on the market. The Swann system gave me the options I was looking for, such as viewing while away from home, keeping an eye on all the things that makes home special. Easy setup of the wired connections once you decide where you want to put the cameras and then deciding how you wanted to run the wiring. The tricky part was hooking up to my smart phone due to running behind schedule. Phone in hand and Swann support on the phone worked wonders.

We are an A/V dealer, so we often install much more "high end" video security cameras; but for the price, this Swann set-up works well, and is great for "a basic set-up" in RESIDENTIAL applications. Our customer wanted this brand, and it installed without a glitch - with video-quality that our customer was happy with!

This system purchased as a back up to my 4 channel Swann system. I purchased it because of ease of installation, yes it is wired, so it takes some time to install, but still not a problem. Now that it is installed, I wish I had purchased another 4 camera system, but there are cameras available...One thing I noted, buy a computer monitor with high resolution, picture is a lot better, I have system one on a HD TV (32inch) and one system on a HD computer monitor (24inch), the computer monitor is better just not as large

I have used several brands of security cameras for work and home use. This was very easy to setup, and scanning a QR code makes networking a breeze to pull up the cameras on an Apple or Android smartphone on the company's App. The only reason I didn't give it 5 Stars is because it doesn't have support through a web browser from a computer. You can if you use the Swann App available for PC and MAC, but not from a web browser.

This is my fifth swan view that I have purchased over the last six years. We own multiple locations and use SwannView Link because it is easy to set up and just to see easy to use. Between going online and watching the video are using the apps it’s just so simple everybody that has access is able to get on without problems. Will buy again

Great system. Easy to use and setup. Has good picture quality and easy to store video you want. Night vision is good and has goid range. Highly recommend.

This is a security system that is easily set up by anyone. The cameras work great, the pictures are amazing and to have them available on our cell phones is a great feature.

best surveillance system for my home, easy to install and work great

easy set up they look good and they just work. setup dvr on tv before you set up app. APP wont work if its not done in that order.

I replaced my old system with this system. Picture quality is excellent. The system was easy to install and set up.

Good camerass. Only issue is that they are coaxial and 100ft max distance.

Over all the system is nice. I hooked up 4 cameras that were not the Swann brand and paid less then $20 per camera on Amazon. The picture quality was no different between each brand. I did this after I paid $55. each for 2 extra Swann cameras. What was nice, I was able to use the old wires from my old camera system and not have to run new all over again.
