Bought this for the front of my home and I found that it was really slow, guess that has to do with the internet. It was easy to set up but overal not happy with it. Picture wuality went up to 720p but angle was not as wide as I would hope for.

I am a integrator and a client wanted this particular camera so I bought and installed it back in 2015. It disconects from the network when ever the power goes out or network needs to be reset and it doesn't reconnect. The process to reconnect it cumbersome especially if it is mounted in a difficult to reach place. I wish ring was more widely known back then because I would've just bought him that.

Nice camera, but it takes a while to get it to work with Windows 10, I was with their Tech dept controlling my computer for two hours before they got camera to work, but now that it is working seems to work well, overall setup needs to be simplified and then would consider buying more cameras.

Camera worked well during the day and night. You may need to buy at least two to get the different angles.

Picked the camera at 6:00 p.m. and returned it at 10:00 a.m. next day. Never received the email with the temporary password, had to try FORGOT PASSWORD several times until finally got the temporary password. Then never was able to have the camera reading the bar code with the wireless and/or wire configuration. Called tech support to resolved the password issue and took me 45 minutes to get through. Since the camera never read the bar code I just gave up did not want to spent another 45 minutes on the phone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I am pretty savvy with computers...

The camera requires a temporary password to use the Swann cloud app. I have been trying to get Swann customer service to send the password to me for the last 10 weeks without any success. Their Better Business Bureau rating is "F". I would not recommend any Swann product.

I have 6 of these cameras. They constantly go offline for no apparent reason. I cannot get customer support to return any of my emails. Now ALL 6 have gone dead. These cams are a kids novelty toy no security here. If I could return them I would. Very frustrating. If they don’t work soon I think I’ll take my golf clubs out and fix them once and forever.
