First unit was missing a camera. Returned it and bought another from a different Best Buy because it was out of stock in the store we bought from. That one had cameras with plastic mounts which were not suitable for use in our RF interference-restricted location. Best Buy swapped out one camera for the metal one that had been returned to the first store. That camera died after only 2 days and had to be returned to Swann. Still waiting for it to be returned.

trying to set it up is a little bit more difficult than I had expectations but it could be user error.

Great unit for the price, two open ports for more cameras! What a deal. Had an issue with one camera, opened a ticket with support, had an answer within an hour and the issue was resolved. Pretty fantastic.

Two camera system provide good coverage of 500 sq ft of retail store area. Installers had difficulty following product instructions. Somewhat sensitive operating controls.

Bought this system cause it was such a good bargain. Mounted the two cameras and ran the wires and got a good picture. My only complaint is that it only had two cameras but not a problem. Picked up two more cameras. Good pictures. I saw some ratings that it would not trigger at the advertised distance. That is not the case for me.

I bought 2 of these on a recent sale. Just got around to installing my 1st set yesterday and I've got to say I'm happy with the outcome! Pictures are pretty clear for not being 1080p. Would be nice if these were wireless for easy install, but for what I have invested into these 2 units, I'm very satisfied!

great product, depending on location can be a bit of a paint to install due to the wired cameras other than that is great!

Got this as a Deal of the Day and it's awesome. Pretty easy to install. The picture is clear and in color and the night vision is incredible.

This unit is easy enough for a Beginner to install, but expandable enough for advanced features.

These cameras work great. The motion sensitivity is a bit of a pain even on adjustment, but it does work. Easy to install and set up. The night vision is really clear. Dusk can mess with them as the camera is trying to figure out whether to turn on the LED's or not. You just get minor flickering, so nothing major. I do recommend these.

I found this security system very easy to set up. The options available on the network are great. You can view your security system from anywhere you are, even from your telephone. For that you do need to hook it up to your internet provider. The night vision cameras are very clear. The recording time is great (a lot of memory). You can use the mouse (included) or you can use the remote control (included). Overall a great system to keep you and your family safe.

Great system. Easy to install and set up. Love the Mobile app for my iPhone. I can see what's going on around my house no matter where I am.

for the price works perfect I had it installed and now I have piece of mind that my stuff if safe
