Little tricky to load but worth the effort, save time and money at the dry cleaners

Swish - Swish - Swash... Another garment has more freshness! I think Katy Perry would love this product. It is amazing for those hard to clean items that need a good boost of almost washed realness. Dry-clean only items, mystery jacket oh my.... Swash is your jam!

This is a nice concept but it fails to deliver what would be expected for this price point. I expected better results and some of the construction felt cheap. Also the first few runs didn't smell very nice as the plastic smell from the heat tended to over power the smell pods.

I am not doing ironing after using this but chemical scent remains.

Good product for refreshing but you still steam your cloth

It's good for what it is, don't think it will dry clean or iron a shirt though. Refreshes well in the time you take a quick shower. Great for suit coats/jackets, jeans and clothes you don't always want/need to wash.

Was not what I thought when I bought it. Thank god I only paid $99 for it. Meh

This does an adequate job of cleaning my shirts....

Most important-it did a terrible job removing wrinkles. Deodorizing isn't the correct word-it should really say Odorizing. Swash pods have powerful scents that will fill the entire room and last for hours. Other negatives-it weighs over 70 lbs.(!), it needs extra free space behind the unit for a small residue tray that slides out at the bottom on the back which needs to be emptied depending on the cycle, in addition the instructions say to leave it unplugged when not in use(not so easy to do when getting to the plug next to a thing as big as a small elephant.) My unit came with rust on the steel legs and signs of residue on the inside from someone else trying it before me. Completely unimpressed!

I purchased the item when it was on sale and had to wait for it to come in. After waiting 2 weeks, I finally got the item and upon picking it up, the box was destroyed, but the machine appeared fine. Upon getting it home and taking it out of the box I discovered that the door was broken and wouldn't stay shut and pieces of the body were broken. After returning it and waiting three weeks I never got a new one cause of the long back order. Would not purchase unless they have a new one when you buy.

Just received this item today unbox won't power on

I learned about the Swash from an email from Best Buy. Once I started researching it, I thought it would be a good product and noticed it was in stock at a Best Buy nearby. I decided to go pick it up. It fit perfectly in the back of my Jeep Cherokee with the seats folded down. My initial experience with the Swash was not ideal. When I got home, unboxed, and used the unit for the first time, I realized my unit was DOA. It would not spray the fluid from the pods onto my shirts. I contacted the Swash support as well as Best Buy. They both went above and beyond to make things right and replace the unit at a store closer to my house. Now that I have a new unit, I am using it like crazy. It certainly doesn't replace ironing or cleaning, but it significantly reduces them. I like using it for my work dress shirts that I generally wear a few times before washing since they don't get too dirty and I wear an under shirts along with them. The Swash has been great to freshen up my shirts between cleanings. I also like to use it immediately after washing to get the wrinkles out. If that continues to work, I may not dry clean nearly as much as I did before. The shirts definitely don't come out perfectly pressed, but looks pretty darn good by my standards. I would primarily dry clean because I despise ironing. The problem with dry cleaners is they destroy the buttons on my shirts. The swash is extremely gentle on my clothes so I don't have to worry about them. The dry cleaners is also kind of a pain because I generally have to make at least three trips to get all my shirts done because I have to keep half to wear while the others are being cleaned. The Swash can fit nearly any size clothing. I am a big guy. I wear 2XLT shirts and they fit fine in my Swash which is really nice. If you wear any larger, you may have trouble making it fit. 3XL would probably work fine, but any larger may be a stretch. The Swash is quite large. I happen to have plenty of room in my office/work out room so it was not a problem for me. The Swash is also not as easy to use as the videos portray. If you want to do it right, you have to button the shirt up all the way and secure all the clips to smooth out the wrinkles. Don't get me wrong, it is much easier than ironing, but it is not just hanging the shirt, closing the door, and pressing the button like they say. Overall, I am very happy with my Swash. As long as this one continues to function reliably, I will use it often and recommend it to everyone.

This product didn't do what it was advertised to do as a result I have to iron after every use.

Do not purchase this as it does nothing to help minimize or eliminate wrinkles.
