It is a great moped. I am glad I bought it. It gets you around and calms me down.

This is a good option riding around the neighborhood. Is is reponsive and comfortable to ride. I had an issue with the battery which won't start on my first purchase but bestbuy exchanged it for a new one. If you're looking for an affordable way of transportation this is a good option. I just wish it would go faster than 20 mph.

I got this few months ago and enjoying it throughly. I use this to commute to friends and to my game invthe community. Great experience sofar. I had thectear tire punctuated and it was a hassle to get it out . Otherwise its all great.

great fun for driving hope speed is faster . easy to assemble not too complicated. do not like how it open the seat with key turn to left . this is very annoy and on or off some time . great for sale price from best buy . love it too much fun

This product has not been able to run since it was delivered! There is no contact # or support #.

I like the moped but I never got an official bill of sale with it so I cant register it at the DMV. Im thinking about returning this item and getting a refund.

Where do you take the moped for repairs if needed?

I bought and had it delivered in June of 2022 but was unable to open for 3 weeks. It does not run. It lights up but that is it. I tried for a week to get information on fixing. Ended up having to take seat apart- was told a wire was off. Tried that and no. Then I found something completely unplugged. Was told by the owner that he would send me a factory video on how to fix this and he would replace it if it was not easy to fix or could not be. I have e-mailed him 3 times now- nothing. Best Buy would not take it back originally because it was over 15 days purchased. Delivery took 10 days. Looks cool, just can't use it. This was "the first time this has happened". Don't buy. I have an $1800 door stop.

I purchased this from an auction brand new. But the charger seems to be bad. It doesnt light up and the moped doesnt urn on. So Im assuming its the charger. So Ive tried calling swft and Best Buy. Swft literally goes busy and then drops your call. Best Buy, I talked with a guy for 20 min and he couldn't help me. Hopefully someone reaches out to help me get a replacement charger for my moped.
