    Thought I had submitted a review on this before. The cups are easy to use and have never jammed in my machine. The chocolate tastes good and is great as a pick me up during winter.

    Received coffee maker as a gift and right away ordered Swiss Miss for my daughter. I can rarely get the water proportions correct before this machine..

    Hey if you love Swiss Miss you know about this. Only thing is you have to run water through your Keurig or it will clog.

    Swiss hot chocolate is always my favorite. Its premixed and easy to prepare under 2min. No wonder it's now my family's favorite in the mornings.

    don’t taste like a real chocolate. this is a personal opinion. Maybe somebody else like it.

    The box was in poor condition not sealed and the pods where all messed up so I can't even tell off hand if any are missing :-(

    This is a good start to making hot chocolate from a K-Cup; however, if you set you Keurig to the large cup, you will have chocolate colored water.

    Didn't seem to work right, the chocolate was crusty. Had to open the packs manually and just mix in a cup with water and a spoon smashing the chunks until they dissolved. Tasted fine though!

    Best Buy has the best deals on K-Cup pods if you're an Elite member. I've yet to find them anywhere else for less.

    Use the highest water setting once only and its perfect. There is nothing more soothing than hot chocolate on a freezing day.
