Excellent choice if you need lost of compartments well made

Purchased a similar bag from Amazon last year and probably last me about eight months. This one has plenty of compartments, zippers seem to be built well built. I have to use this bag as my “video bag” with most of not all of my video accessories are placed when I travel. Happy with the bag over all

This bag does everything I need and more Also has 2 drink holders 1 on each side

I chose a SwissGear backpack for my husband, because I have one and it has held up better than any backpack I have ever owned. His however has NOT lived up to our expectations. It's less than a month old, and the stitching on one of the shoulder straps is unraveling!! So disappointed!!

Terrible!! Quite honestly never been treated so poorly. I purchased a Swiss Army Backpack 30 days ago. The stitching has already let go and has a 3" hole in the bottom corner of the bag. I was told it is outside of the return window. I said i want to return for a new backpack, this one is defective. Was still told it is outside the return window and there is nothing they could do about it. i said this is a WARRANTY issue and was told there is still nothing i can do about it. WRONG, there is something i can do about it! I will never step foot back into a Best Buy store and will happily tell all of my friends to follow suit. I work in the customer service industry and this is the worst service i have ever received. No offer to help....horrible......BYE BYE WORST BUY!

Zipper failed after 6 months of gentle office use. I like the layout and features of the backpack and it is very comfortable. Previous backpacks were very durable, but this one is not. Wenger's warranty policy says that you have to mail items back to them at your own expense. I've emailed Wenger with photos of the failure and my receipt to see if this is necessary. if it isn't, I will update this review.

It’s a little bit large, but it’s fine and use it so great

I would recommend this backpack to anybody that needs one. For a computer or not, this backpack is the most durable toting item i have ever seen. The materials are top notch, the zippers never break, and there is no danger of the handles or straps coming off. This backpack is also extremely lightweight. It weighs about 1.5 pounds when empty. It feels like air on your back! Also, this backpack is very comfortable. The straps have a lot of padding on them, and the joint with the top of the backpack is a bungie material. So if you hit a bump, nothing gets rattled around in there. this backpack, on top of everything else, is functional. It supports a full 15 inch laptop, along with notebooks, books, etc. The 2 main pockets are very big, and there are a lot of little pockets pockets for doing whatever you want with. But wait there's more! Did I mention that you get a nice wireless mouse for next to nothing? Well you do, and it really helps when using a laptop (for obvious reasons...). BUY THIS ITEM! It does everything you could want, and it comes with a nice mouse! **PICTURES** One is a front view, and the other is an arial view ot the top zippers. ENJOY!

This is a great quality bag. The bag has many compartments and is well padded inside. There are also multiple pockets outside of the bag which I really like. Although the bag is on the pricey side, it is well worth it as you know this bag will last for years to come.

The swissgear synergy bag is very good quality. It has very soft padding for keeping your laptop safe and other pockets that work great for safely holding other devices you might have. The main storage compartment has a lot of space. There are pockets all over this bag for organizing your stuff. The carry handles and zippers are very strong. The bag feels comfortable on your back and the shoulder straps dont dig into your shoulders. I am impressed with the design and layout. Overall the bag has plenty of space, feels comfortable, is very sturdy and built to last. If I lost it I would buy it again.

Played with a half-dozen bags before settling on this one - the combination of smart pricing, great flexibility in the design, easy-operating zippers and TONS of storage made for a irresistible package. Transporting a pricey laptop always makes me a bit nervous but I have zero doubt this thing could take a hit and keep a compuer perfectly safe. Smart pockets abound and if anything, there's almost too many options as to where to put stuff - I can already see myself forgetting ehat I put in which pocket or sleeve. But that's a much better problem to have than having everything smashed together into a cluttered mess. Great design and expecting a lot of years of use out of this highly-touted brand!

Keeps my extra screen and laptop securely contained. Separate pockets for my required office paperwork, keys, pens, highlighters, correct tape, mouse/ mouse pad, phone charging core and cube/ power bank. Ideal storage space for my Otoscope, stethoscope, bandage scissors, hair ties, brush, water bottle and flavor packets. Everything securely separate and organized. I work between several worksites and my back pack is my mobile office. This bag does it all and keeps my screens safe from impact. I hesitated because it is not girly at all but it has been the best work bag EVER.

my favorite backpack of all time. It has plenty of pockets to keep my stuff separated and can easily carry my Ipad and think pad without having to worry about breaking it. Its side pockets are big enough to fit a tumbler in, The front pockets are padded enough to fit cologne in.
