My so loved it, great graphics and smooth gameplay.

Great pickup experience and, with high demand items, Best Buy has had the most solid system with their variety of bundles! I have a PS5 and Switch 2 both thanks to them. The Switch 2 itself is a wonderful upgrade and fixes the frustrating frame rate and graphical issues with games like Xenoblade 3, Pokemon Scarlet/Violet, and Pokemon Legends: Arceus. The free upgrades to Switch 1 games is a very nice perk. The kickstand is much more comfortable, the battery life is improved, and the charging port on both top and bottom is a wonderfully needed correction.

The console performs very well! Graphics are a major improvement, but at the cost of the battery life being noticeably shorter.

I had a very easy & efficient purchase with best buy. I gave it some time to review & honestly it is worth upgrading from the original switch. The redesign in details is what makes me like the switch so much more. It comes with 2 holders & 1 controller already. There’s not really a need to buy anything else unless you want the camera which seems to be very fun if you have games that offer it.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. From start to finish, Best Buy made buying my son’s Nintendo Switch 2 one of the smoothest purchases I’ve ever had. I added it to my cart, grabbed the protection plan, checked out, and within minutes I had a confirmation saying it was ready for pickup. No confusion. No delays. Just straight efficiency. Pickup was ridiculous, in the best way. I walked in, showed my info, and I was out in about 30 seconds. No waiting around, no back-and-forth, no stress. That alone deserves props. But the real moment was Christmas morning. Watching my son open that brand new Switch 2 was everything. Pure excitement. Wide eyes. Big smile. He didn’t even know what to say, just straight joy. He was up and playing within minutes, and I could tell instantly this wasn’t just a game system, it was a core memory. Best Buy didn’t just sell me a console, they delivered an experience that was easy, reliable, and genuinely meaningful for my family. If you’re looking for hassle free shopping and moments that actually matter, this is it. 10/10. Would absolutely do it again

loveeee the new switch! it feels amazing in my hand and plays so well. i do wish the battery charge lasted a bit longer but still overall amazing new console for nintendo and definitely a nice upgrade from the original nintendo switch

I bought the new Nintendo switch 2 and it’s been one of the best console I had it fun to use I use it at work cause I do delivers and I just be chilling and playing in the car.

Better than switch 1. eShop doesn't lag, the boot time is fast, but battery life is poor. The joy cons controller are magnetic versus the snap of switch 1. Different sounds too when using the system. A lot more base storage space versus switch one. Can play switch one games on switch 2

Really enjoying it as an upgrade to the original Nintendo Switch. It feels very premium compared to my launch Switch and I'm very impressed with the specs for a portable console.

Bigger brighter and a better battery. LOVE the new magnetic JoyCons! Dock works with my case and screen protector, which is fantastic! I was bummed about requiring a different (express) SD card but tech is not going to stop advancing just for me.

Finally made me want to play the Switch again, refresh rate and resolution are top notch and the larger size is perfect my eyes and hands. Hardware pricing is perfectly fine imo; the real pricing issues reside in the software. If I hadn’t got the Mario Kart bundle I would feel a bit scammed. Most Nintendo games are nowhere near worth $80, especially Mario Kart World, a game littered with small inconveniences that really add up when slapped with such a high price tag. The library at this point is pretty barebones if you owned and played all the Switch 1 games you wanted, but if you somehow haven’t played titles like Tears of the Kingdom dear lord get this. Off topic but I also highly recommend the “Killswitch 2” case by dbrand if you often play handheld for maximum comfort

I love it! Came early on release day and has lived up to all my expectations. The screen is much larger than the previous iterations of the Switch and the vibrant colors make everything look amazing. Mario Kart World has been super fun playing against other players online, and the open world is a neat little thing that I can just chill out with. I'm gonna be getting all my games on the Switch 2 for the foreseeable future.

I was not expecting to purchase a Switch 2 at launch due to a lack of exclusive titles, but I was persuaded to avoid future price fluctuations by picking one up early and I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase. The Switch 2 is a worthy successor to the Switch 1 with enhanced Joy-Con controllers, better performance in most games (including the best portable experiences for Cyberpunk 2077 and Resident Evil Requiem), and now a handful of really great exclusive titles like Mario Kart World, Donkey Kong Bananza, and Pokémon Pokopia. I believe its price point is a bit steep even with a bundled game, and the built-in display of the handheld is on the cheap side compared to the rest of the premium-feeling hardware. The internal storage capacity is also paltry. But the other upgrades more than outweigh those negatives for me. I would recommend the Switch 2 for anyone who enjoyed the original Switch and would like a reliable, performant handheld game console.

Nintendo Switch is the most complete and fun console today, it meets all my needs and I can take it anywhere.

I think the switch 2 is a fine console. It feels premium. It's big and comfortable and it's powerful. But the game prices need to be lowered.
