Great price and better controllers. I felt like i could break my switch 1 controllers so the easy snap and release feature has made this my favorite switch. Bonus the switch one controllers connect to the switch without the need for an adapter!

I only bought the Switch 2 to play the exclusives and this is one console for the ages! Love the portability and the smoothness of controls. Takes a bit getting used to when you've been on the PlayStation and Xbox but the button layouts are differently configured. This is a highly recommended console!

The Nintendo Switch 2 takes everything I love about the original Switch console and improves on it in nearly every way. It has better graphics, more power, faster load times, and a sleek new look. My only complaint isn't with the console itself, but rather with the fact that nearly all 3rd party games on the system are digital key cards and do not actually contain the games themselves. That pretty much kills the idea of having your games on the go. FYI Nintendo, the internet does not exist everywhere, and there are still customers who would love to purchase the new Switch but will not because they do not have internet access. I know some personally. That being said, the machine itself does work wonderfully, and I would have given it 5 stars if not for the dependence on an internet connection

The Nintendo Switch 2 is honestly a great upgrade if you enjoy playing both on the TV and on the go. The new screen looks much brighter and sharper, and the console feels faster overall. Games load quicker, the graphics look cleaner, and everything runs more smoothly.

I'm glad I chose the Nintendo switch 2 as opposed to a stationary gaming system. I hooked this up to my TV and you can toggle between using the device itself and the TV by simply removing the device from the dock and taking it with you, the game seamlessly travels along. So that's a big plus for me. As a retired senior, I was looking for something to amuse myself and this did the trick. I purchased an additional controller because I didn't know at the time that it comes with a controller attachment and the two side controls are removable. So I returned that item. Also, the salesman sent me home with an additional HDMI cable which was unnecessary because it already comes with one from Nintendo to hook up from the TV to the device. So lots of pluses. Also, it works with just about all of the Nintendo switch games. I have noticed some glitches in the software with certain games that come and go but I enjoy the games just the same. I look forward to seeing what new games become available this year. Oh, and I forgot to mention that the device is a touch screen for many of the functions. It gets a thumbs up from me. My only complaint is that there weren't any instructions and I had to refer to YouTube videos for hookup which were very helpful. It would be nice if the guys in the store we're trained on these things so that I could have gotten the hook-up information from them. Regarding hookup, just pop out the back panel on the bottom left where you see the little opening. The plug holes are in there for the HDMI. And there's a port on top towards the right where you flip it open to put in the game cards. You just push down on the game card and it pops up by itself. Gently insert and press to insert the game cards. You will have to press until you feel it click in. I've attached some photos, hope this helps.

This is such a HUGE upgrade from my Switch 1. I was holding out for a bundle or some cool design BUT I could hold out any longer! So happy with my purchase! This console is so beautiful, smooth gameplay, fast response time and so many fun games. I was worried all the money and time I put into my Switch 1 would be gone, but everything from my Switch 1 transfered over to my new Switch 2 in about 5 mins (including all saved data) so that was awesome! Couldn't recommend it more!

Console is good so far except for the battery life. It seems to run games better compared to the OLED version which is as expected. The exclusive games such as Pokemon Pokopia and DK Bananza make it worth the purchase.

I had the nintendo switch, that I purchased in 2020. I enjoyed the system and was excited to upgrade. I really do like the bigger screen, better graphics and even the joycon is much better. Overall, I think it’s great

Larger, better graphics than the switch 1. I like the exclusive games. The battery life in handheld is pretty weak though.

My big thing is compared to the switch 1 this feels like a real console. To me the switch one felt like a risk they took after the failure of the wiiU, and while it was great the controller felt cheap and overall just weak, but the switch 2 improves upon everything the controllers feel great, it has weight and overall feels great while also having an insanely large selection of games to choose from. Woth console prices only getting more expensive this is a great not only alternative but a amazing competitor while also being cheaper than the competition.

From the moment I took it out of the box, I was immediately impressed with the quality and feel of this system over its predecessor. The biggest single improvement is the Joy-Con 2. It’s much more comfortable, premium, and doesn’t look like a toy like the original. The screen is also massively better at full HD. Having owned the console for several months now, I would have liked to see free performance updates for tentpole Switch titles such as SUPER MARIO BROS. WONDER. WONDER runs at 720p in handheld mode and is borderline unplayable in its current state. I really hope there is a free patch to fix this, but I fear that better performance will be locked behind the paid update next year, as is the case with THE LEGEND OF ZELDA: BREATH OF THE WILD, and its sequel, TEARS OF THE KINDGOM. In the later’s case, subscribers of the NSO + EXPANSION PACK can download the update for free. One might argue that it’s unfair to expect Nintendo to patch previous-gen titles for their new system, but I’m sure most would agree that Switch 2 owners would prefer not to carry around two devices, and given that Nintendo announced backwards compatibility as an incentive to upgrade, it would be courteous of them to patch classic Switch titles at a time when the Switch 2 is severely lacking in exclusive next-gen software. I have logged 80 hours and 60 hours into MARIO KART WORLD and DONKEY KONG BANANZA, respectively. For major first-party exclusive content for Switch 2, all we have for the remainder of 2024 is KIRBY AIR RIDERS and HYRULE WARRIORS: AGE OF IMPRISONMENT. I mostly play in docked mode, and lately if I play my Switch 2 at all, it is for SUPER SMASH BROS. ULTIMATE, and SPLATOON 3. I will credit Nintendo for improving on SPLATOON 3 and SUPER MARIO ODYSSEY performance very quickly and without charge. For all its faults, the Nintendo Switch 2 is an excellent successor to the original Nintendo Switch in its hardware capabilities. I strongly feel that it will become a worthy successor once it has had time to grow its exclusive library. In the meantime, I would advise reluctant shoppers to wait. Titles such as METROID PRIME 4: BEYOND and POKÉMON LEGENDS: Z-A will have Switch 2 patches available for the original Switch versions, so there’s no rush for consumers interested in those titles specifically.

So much faster and more powerful than its predecessor. Love the look of old games and love how fast new games run! Looking forward to more titles! Only wish it had more internal storage since games are getting so big!

Very nice graphics and smooth design! Was very easy to transfer data. Has a nice stand built into it.

The Nintendo Switch 2 has exceeded my expectations. The upgraded graphics and smoother performance make a noticeable difference, and I love the improved battery life and enhanced screen. It still delivers that perfect blend of handheld and docked gameplay, now with even more polish. A fantastic evolution of an already great console!

Switch 2 is great! The graphics are way better with the resolution making video playing more intense. Faster loading capabilities. Switch 2 improved and with a bigger screen and joy-cons. Also a better dock with cooling fan. My son loves it!

As a truck driver, I’ve been entertained for many hours, out on the road, on down time…too much time! I like how portable it is. I had purchased a hard case to put console, controllers, cords etc., in to protect my investment. My 19 inch LED is mounted in the truck and of course, the 55 at home. The Nintendo Switch 2 makes it very easy to play games wherever I go. The Nintendo user interface is super user-friendly. And yes, you can absolutely play solo offline. No Internet connection is required.

This was a birthday gift for my 6 year old grandson. The screen is large enough for him. He loves it, able to watch YouTube and ply his games. Not sure of the battery life he keeps it plugged up. Only thing missing is RolBlox.
