What more can I say about this system! If you don't have a Nintendo switch, you need to go out and get one now! You can play the system on the go or you can use the dock to connect the system to your TV and play at home. This versatility is what gives this system such a huge appeal. Not to mention the first party and third party games that are available for the system, which for the most part are all extremely high in quality. Now the online functionality, an online menu still needs tweaking however it gets the job done. There are three versions of this system. The initial version that comes in a primarily white box which is the original, the second version which comes in a primarily red box which has better battery life and the smaller handheld only Nintendo switch lite. There aren't many bad things I can say about this system period in fact this system happens to be on my top three favorite systems of all time. To keep this review short, I'm going to reiterate what I've already said in the beginning . No matter who you are, or how old you may be, pick up the system and enjoy yourself.

The Nintendo Switch is very amazing! You're able to bring it everywhere you want and that means entertainment wherever you go! I'm able to play all my best games and it runs really well. It can also be used with the dock so you can play it on the TV. You can play all your favorite games on the big screen! And all the games that are available on the Switch anyone can play from young to old! I highly recommend this so you can have fun wherever you go.

I had been wanting a Switch for a while and I finally bit the bullet once the updated version with the better battery came out. I really enjoy it, it has a great selection of games and being able to take it with me on the go is a major plus. I highly recommend getting one if you’ve been considering it!

The pandemic and shortages have made the Nintendo Switch a somewhat 4 leaf clover among people who seek to obtain it. After many cancelled online orders through Wal Mart, I decided to download the Best Buy app with notification capabilities. It only took one day for an email to show in my inbox stating "1 product left!". I was able to effortlessly insert my payment information in and recieved a message stating my order would be ready for pick up ... next day?! too good to be true right? Sure as the sky is blue, I arrive to Best Buy in New Jersey nervous this is one big trick. The road side pick up line went quickly (took one minute), an associate scanned me and reappeared with the Switch. Quick and painless service, smiling representative and satisfied customer. System looks and works great. Thanks all!

I went to my local Best Buy to check on a Geek Squad repair. While I was in line; I noticed a woman returning a Nintendo Switch. When she left, I asked Best Buy if I could purchase it. Originally I was told that all game consoles get sent back for refurbishing if they're used. I thought that made sense, and thanked them for taking the time to answer my question. While I was finishing up with Geek Squad, a manager approached me and asked if I was still interested in purchasing the Switch, I said of course. He explained to me that the Switch was new, still sealed, and therefor could be resold in store. He said people still return them to the store all the time. He also mentioned some people purchase them online, and never pick them up. There was actually a Switch waiting to get picked up that had been at the store for more than 21 days; in a few more days it will be going back on the shelves. The secret is luck and asking questions when you're in a Best Buy store. I still can not believe after looking around online for more than 6 months; I randomly purchased a Switch walking into my local Best Buy. I have seen these things being sold online for 3x the price. Do not do that! Sign up for alerts when items are out of stock now, and get notified when they're back in stock. One thing I did do prior to getting a Switch is I built up my little game collection. Whenever games went on sale, I bought them. I also bought the case when it went on sale too. The Switch does not come with any games or a case; so while you're waiting for the console to come back in stock; now would be a good time to go game hunting for some great deals. Also, for an extra $50 Best Buy will give you the 2 year warranty; I highly suggest purchasing it. Best of luck!

The Nintendo Switch is definitely worth it compared to other game consoles. The price isn't too bad and they usually offer specials when you purchase the Nintendo Switch. Like getting a game with it or accessories, etc. This makes the price even better because you get a discount on the console and the game or accessories. This console can hook up to the TV and play, plus you can play games on the go. You can also watch shows, movies, etc. on it! Great for the kiddos for a long road trip and even for adults who still love to play Super Mario! Lol! Great product & totally worth it!

The Nintendo Switch is so hard to find. Glad I was able to find it on Best Buy’s website early in the morning for retail. It shipped on the same day and I received it the following day. Thanks Best Buy! I’m happy with the console and have been playing it with my fiance.

Been trying and trying to get a switch for a while and finally got my hands on one. It was real easy to setup and was even able to easily setup a wireless controller to it too. Seems smaller than I thought but obviously that's a good thing for portability. I chose this over the Xbox or PS4/5 over it's form factor and portability. And the fact that you can still play on a big TV using the dock. I also like how I can buy games both digitally and physically. With the other newer consoles you have to choose between one that does both or one that is digital only. I don't have many games yet but I plan on building my collection soon. Can't wait to start to be able to travel more and take this with me on long plane rides to pass the time away. Highly recommend the Nintendo Switch if you can get your hands on one. Good luck.

With COVID situation, Switch became the most sought after product to spend time in Indoors. Unfortunately, this meant a huge shortage of availability. After 2.5 month regular search and monitoring multiple stores - Walmart, Target, Best Buy, etc. - Finally was able to get hands on one. Device is excellent - love playing with it hours together. very good battery life. Note most of the other stores are selling the same product for a huge markup price. Thank you Best buy for stocking this product at its original price.

This past year the Switch became one the most sought after products shortly after most of American was advised to shelter in place.After several months of online searching and monitoring multiple stores - Walmart, Target, Best Buy, etc. - we were finally was able to order this one from Best Buy. The device is excellent - we love playing with it hours together. It has a very good battery life. Note most of the other stores are selling the same product for a huge markup price. Thank you Best buy for stocking this product at its original price.

These were sold out everywhere and due to COVID-19 there was no telling when more would be in stock. Best Buy was the only store that got a small shipment of them. I got it less than a week after I ordered it and it's been great. The games are awesome as well. It's easy to use.

I love the portability of it! The games are very family friendly which is a plus. The fact it it leaves you were you last left of is an amazing feature. Great battery life as well.

I’m super happy with my switch. I didn’t think that I would ever be the type of person that took it everywhere but I use it on the bus, at work, and while being a passenger princess. I use it mostly for animal crossing and watching anime. The dock connecting to my tv is revolutionary.

Helps bring the family together and if you want to play solo guess what it’s great for that too! The amount of games you can get will surely have your family or yourself entertained for a while. The only thing I recommend if your prefer downloadable games only is getting an SD card to help add storage to your Nintendo.

I got this for my son who is 6. He loves playing it and so do I. Great system and very easy to use and set up. No problems so far playing online with my wifi.

It’s extremely convenient because it is not only connected to your TV but it can also be taken on the go. Plus it can stand and it’s almost like you’re playing in a mini TV whenever the big TV is in use by another kid (no more fights over who gets to use the big screen). Overall, totally worth it and be patient if you can’t find it. Just keep refreshing and checking the page every 3 hrs or so. Best Buy does an amazing job at restocking products for its customers! Curb side pick up was super fast and easy too!

Finally got my Nintendo Switch! I am loving it, what a stress reliever it has been for me. I grew up with rhe original Nintendo and Súper Nintendo so when I saw that you could play some of those games on this Switch It made it that much better. It's amazing to see many of Nintendo' characters such as Mario and Donkey Kong in 720 pixel hand held and 1080 once docked. The Switch has a big price tag on it but it's worth it!! I do not regret buying this console, Nintendo has produced it's greatest console this far.

Great handheld console, very much worth the price! Though if you don’t want to support the TV version, just the handheld version is fine enough. But I do recommend this version if you own a tv and want a huge screen to play on/multiple friends & family around for local play! You can’t go wrong!

The company Nintendo is no competition to Microsoft and PlayStation Sony that's for sure, however the ease of use and it's unique docked to handheld mode makes for a more user friendly experience and games look really good on the handheld HD screen especially games like resident evil Revelations, "METRO 2033"/ METRO LAST LIGHT" and borderlands on the go is awesome in my opinion. The joy-con controls aren't bad and are really awesome to play with when the rumble pal is actually utilized properly, however I can see how the size can be a problem for people with bigger hands. Now to touch on the subject of fighting games, if you been playing on Xbox or Playstation I would highly recommend the pro controller on the switch because it feels way better to play with than it does the joy cons especially with it's lightning fast button feedback and the pro controller can be used almost just about every game with the exception of motion based games
