Got it for my grandson and he loves it he is 5 years old. Gotta say it was a great buy.

Play it on the go or connect it to your t.v.. Play games lIke sonic, mario, mind craft ect.. My grand kids love it and so do I!

Switch is definitely one of the best for at home or on the go. Better battery life with this one for sure than the older version. Controllers can eventually start to drift, depending on how heavy you use it I suppose or how well it's made to begin with.

This is a good system for anyone. The fact that you can take it to go or dock is great.

Nintendo did it right with the Switch! We have enjoyed the portability of the system and the ability to split the controllers among two players. The game play is unique and fun, and the battery lasts many hours outside of the docking station. The Switch takes the best of the 3DS and WiiU and combines them into one powerful and fun system.

Love the switch! Love that it's portable and can be hooked up to the TV for family game night

I like the slim case and large viewing screen that provides high def graphic details, color and sound but compact enough for personal use just about anywhere. I also appreciate the 1 or 2 player capability as well as the docking cradle that provides easy connectivity to the HD input on my tv. Great piece of tech.

Will have to wait till Christmas to see how works. However from the reviews I think he is going to have so much fun with this.

I love this thing! i'm obsessed. i play it all the time. sometimes I just play it on the screen and other times i wanna connect it to the tv and use the joy cons and play it that way. Cant wait to use it at a party! I'm sure it will be a big hit!

great kit. we really love this nintendo switch. even our hardcore gaming kids like it.

My kids love it and we also love to play as a family so it was a really great purchase.

Pros: Playing while waiting in line to get my haircut, or getting an oil change, or dropping the kids off at the pool, or in bed is amazing and hard to beat. The body is solid and well made. The same with the joycons. When they are attached it feels comfortable to play. We rarely play while using the included joycon "dog" control. Instead we use a Pro Controler (recommend). Not sure if thats a pro/con since it comes with the system. The set up was quick and easy. The OS is responsive, clean, and friendly to use. The online store is much better than the Wii U's and very straight forward. Battery life last for as long as i've been playing. I charge it in between (may be an issue for others). The games that are currently available are great (Zelda, Snipper clips, Human resource machine, graceful explosion machine, and blaster master, are what we have). Once Mariokart launches at the end of this month the switch will be even better as I had a friend a joycon to play. :) Cons. Library is still new (but there are new GOOD releases almost weekly or bi-weekly). The kickstand is flimsy and unreliable. You cannot charge it naively while in table top mode. No virtual console yet.

You kidding me? Nintendo making a TV console that turns into a portable console seamlessly? The best Zelda and Mario games this generation? How are you still reading this review? Get it! Nintendo did it again. After the flop of the Wii U, this console is a mastapiece. Every time I hear about a new game that's coming out, I secretly hope it's coming out on Switch, because it's all I want to play now. It's such an incredible piece of hardware. Transitioning from handheld to TV mode and vice versa are as effortless and seamless as all the promotional material makes it out to be. Brilliant. Using it in handheld mode, it doesn't feel too big, nor too heavy. TV mode offers the HD quality that is standard in the industry, no more lagging behind à la Wii U. The OS feels smooth and responsive, fits the console perfectly. Bottom line: get it. This is a triumph for Nintendo, and a triumph for gaming period. And get Breath of the Wild and SM Odyssey! Do it! Now if we can just get the Big N to figure out how to do online gaming / chat like everyone else, and to stop putting motion controls in everything, we'd have ourselves a gaming utopia.
