I owned an original NES and Gamecube, but didn't really play their games/systems before/after b/c I didn't have the money. This system was definitely one to get though - it's a hybrid handheld/home console that more powerful than an XB360 and PS3, but less powerful than a XB1 or PS4. For what it can do, it's amazing. I found after playing and beating Zelda: BotW that I wanted all my future games on the Switch b/c I could play it literally anywhere -- waiting in line, while on the couch while watching TV in the background, while waiting for food at a restaurant or even plugged in to the dock at home! The convenience of being to play a game, pick up and go to continue playing is unheard of, and hopefully XB or PS will make a future handheld also similar in capabilities next gen, even if it's only for an 1 generation older of games. Imagine being to play the greatest hits of XB360 or PS3 on the go? Bioshock, Uncharted, God of War, Red Dead Redemption -- so many possibilities :)

I don’t do much gaming so this is perfect. I can take it on the go and still play great games.

The switch is absolutely amazing, and very convenient. I take it every where I go and can never put it down.

If you're not going to play this at least 25% of the time and handheld mode you'd be better off buying a PS4 because the library of games as much better but if you're going to use this as a handheld some of the time then you won't find a better device
