Purchase the Nintendo Switch for my son(ok, for me too). We both really enjoy this system at home AND on the go.

This is arguably one of the best consoles out there. It is extremely portable, easy to dock, and the games are fun for all ages. All my kids love the console, and we constantly play four player games. Adults and children alike.

bought this last year . i love this . the best buy employees helped me alot deciding which switch would be the best. you should definitely buy a sandisc storage card . buying it at bestbuy is good too they are usually on sale

I admit, I was highly skeptical of the Switch at first. As someone with a PS4 and gaming PC, I didn't think I needed another gaming device. I also didn't think the mobile aspect of the Switch would be too useful for me. I was very wrong. After picking the Switch up in December, it has quickly become my favorite platform for gaming. The ability to pick up and play full games on the go is amazing and has come in handy more times than I would have expected. The fact that you can turn on the Switch instantly and play short gaming sessions here and there makes it similar to a smartphone, except these games are actually good instead of most filler phone games. Breath of the Wild and Mario Odyssey are joys to play. As AAA games become increasingly bloated with unnecessary features and tedious game play, it is nice to play games that are just FUN again. Everything about the Switch, from the OS, to the games, to the hardware works smoothly and simply. I haven't owned a Nintendo system since the SNES, but the Switch has made me a Nintendo fan again. Well done!

Durable (though, Yes you want armor and screen shield), and enjoyable. To paraphrase Will Riker, "tough little Switch" Mostly play on the go. Havent had any joycon drift issues (personally) and the switch store consistently has (at times even free) cheap games for purchase. Was worth the price at the time (yes, it was the 2nd model, and now we have Lite and Pro, out). IF you only play on the go, a Light would probably make more sense for cost, but I love the switch.

Bought for the kids and as Always Nintendo has always been a great family game systems

Bought this for my 16 year old nephew. He loves it and so does his parent and sisters who are 5 and 3 years old

It was relatively easy to set up and understand. I do wish the price was more reasonable. And the games are also incredibly pricey but I think this is a good choice for younger kids (mine are 7 and 5 and able to play without much assistance).

It’s very easy to set up. The kids love it. Glad I got the plain color .

My son loves this version of the switch. The screen is nice and big for a six year old. The only bad thing is that after so many years being on the market the price still haven’t dropped.

Family game. Make me happy knowing my niece love the game. It was her 15th Birthday gift.
