I love the switch for it’s simplicity east of use and fun games

I started playing video games on the NES. I then moved to the SNES. After that I have not been a huge nintendo fan. However, the fun that I have with my family playing Mario Kart is well worth it.

I bought it to add to my host of games for my version of an Ultimate Game Room and mainly for play of Mario Kart Live (MKL) Other than the game console initially getting stuck (looping) the first time I played MKL and taking quite a while to shutdown after holding the power button down for about 2 minutes, no other issues since then. GAME ON!!!

Good purchase my grandson loves it. Hard time getting him away.

After canceling my Wii U preorder at the last minute (phew!) I was a little timid about the next Nintendo. I haven't really been into handhelds since the original Gameboy, though I did try the PS Vita, but I was intrigued by a new Zelda game. I figured this would fight for an HDMI input on a crowded entertainment center but I have actually not yet even plugged it into the big screen. Having Breath of the Wild at my disposal has been enchanting! The Switch works very much like my iPhone in that it's easy to just turn on and off and jump into a game when there is a free moment. And even with my big, fumbly hands it is comfortable and easy to use. It's a great console, full of the stuff that made so many Nintendo machines so magical. My only negative feedback is that the companion app and online features are surprisingly lacking and/or broken, even a year out. I'm sure that will be fixed in time, but it's strange for that to be neglected these days.

My 10 year old loves to play the switch. If you want a game system for the young ones this is it.

I personally love the switch, I think this is a great console by Nintendo and is for anybody of any age. The Joy Con controllers are new and the take with you to go function is great. Only little negative about it is the battery life but judging from what it's putting out I guess it's reasonable that it's using that much power to run the games. Connecting to the TV to play is as easy as sliding it into the dock. Great purchase.
