Just good customer service and amazing pick up while this covid19 virus pulled up give name & And Brought it straight to the car. I wasn't to excited about there location pick up had to go about 40 miles to pick up while there is a best buy like less than 10 miles from my house. Best buy you guys need to do better on your website & location services.

This is Version 2 of the Original Nintendo Switch. It was great and 10x times better in loading up games and doenloading them as well. The processor has been upgraded to work to its fastest potential. The batter life lasts longer while youre playing the games as well. Just depends what game youre playing determine the battery life span. But in overall, i enjoy playing this version of the Switch. Nintendo should have created this a year later after its original release of 2017. Great improvment but late start. If you dont have a Switch get this version for sure. I managed to order one from Best Buy website online. I havent seen much of these on the shelves yet so this is still an essential item during this Covid 19 year. Be safe everyone and Happy Gaming!

4 stars only because: 1) "Joy-Con" instructions are vague and always seem to have trouble pairing. Also, the attachment slide for handheld use is not designed very well (difficult to attach/remove). 2) Docking station not a "solid" feel when properly docked with the switch. Don't know if charging properly if not seated securely. Otherwise, good value for quality of graphics and variety of games to play, just wish there were MORE interactive games like "Switch Sports" for team play :)

First off, yes the Wii U was lackluster. It had a few good games but really wasn't what the Wii before it was. Fast forward to 2017 and we have the Switch. It is everything the Wii U wanted to be and more. It is 100% portable, it plays games in your living room as well. This is a very good system, and let's face it, if you want to play Zelda or Mario, you need the Switch. Yes Breath of the wild is also on Wii U, but it is a must if you have a Switch. Now as far as hardware is concerned, the joycons are passable as a controller. But I did and still do have sync problems with the left joy con. Also there has been lag issues with the joy cons when the system is docked for tv play. So i have not gotten a pro controller yet, but I have read that the sync and lag issues are non existent on the pro controller. All in all I love the Switch. I highly recommend it. It's Nintendo after all and they do not disappoint when it comes to their own ip's.

Bought this for my wife for our anniversary and it is perfect.

I purchase the Nintendo Switch as a Christmas gift for my children, they truly love it. It's a great way for them to spend some free time. Plenty of Mario Bros game to choose from. If you have kids, this is the console to purchase.

Overall, this is the perfect console for this generation. The game selection has increased overtime with great titles such as Octopath Traveler, Pokemon Let's GO Pikachu/Eevee and Smash Bros Ultimate. It's important to buy a few accessories with this console such as a screen protector and a carrying case for gaming on the go. The Switch comes with a lighter and cleaner box than the previous Wii U and Wii Consoles. All of the included parts such as the Joy-Cons, are separated into their own little compartments and the system setup doesn't take too long. My advice in the long run would be to save your money for additional accessories for the Switch such as a Pro Controller or GameCube controller for local multiplayer. I would recommend this to anyone especially for it's wide variety of 3rd party games coming to the Switch such as MK11. Don't miss out on this!

Great buying experience at best buy. Spend a 100 bucks extra and buy an Xbox instead of this.
