As a fan of old school games back from the NES and Super NES days, this was a no brainer. More than I expected with the huge library of games included with the online play along with some great new games for the Switch platform. Having the option to play on the handheld screen or on the TV, this game system has so much to offer. Graphics are great on the new games, sound is great on all . While it would be nice to have the ability to play bluray discs or even use the system for streaming - I can't be mad about that as I knew those capabilities were not there going in. All in all, overjoyed with this purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for a variety of old and new games.

I bought this for my daughter’s birthday she loved it

After only 2 days I am in love with my Nintendo Switch! The game going from tv mode to portable mode is as seamless as they make it seem, if not more so than that. If you are a console player this should definitely be your second console because it's not optimal for the triple A 3rd party titles but that doesn't mean it's a bad or lesser console. Nintendo doesn't really go for power anymore but their games are more often than not, masterpieces. I have a PS4 for the exclusives and 3rd party and I use my Switch for the 1st party titles and indie games. Haven't gotten the issues that I'd heard about either. No joy-con syncing issues and no screen scratches from the dock (but I have a screen protector and a micro-fiber sleeve for the dock just in case) I would worry about scratching the screen though so if you're worried and can't buy a screen protector or sleeve right away then just treat it like a baby and you should be fine.

I ordered my Nintendo Switch through Best Buy phone App at around 5:30 in the morning, and I received the email at 5:57 saying that it was already ready to pick up in store. THAT WAS AMAZING! The Nintendo switch is really great, the fact that you can Dock it and play it on your TV and then undock it and continue playing on the little screen is awesome... but not only that... when playing in the little screen multiple players can also play... this is simple great!!! . My daughter wanted a Nintendo 3ds, but that was only for her to play... at least with this we can play together and when travelling we can take it with us... Just make sure to buy a screen protector and a good case if you are going to take this away for home

I mean it is a Nintendo Switch. It's portable, it has animal crossing, and easy to connect with other switches for multiplayer. I have loved my switch and the ability to take it on the go.

I’m a big PS4 fan but this thing has a special place in our home. My wife, 7 and 3yr old daughters, and me play it every evening. Mario Kart and Splatoon are fan favorites. Mario and Zelda are outstanding. Though i mostly play as a home console, being able to pick it up and play on the couch (handheld) while my wife watches a terrible movie on Netflix is incredible. I can not recommend this enough!
