Bought it with the intention for a single game and ended up with a lot more than I bargained for. Lots for free games and more online content. Many games also have content that can be gained for free through the likes of Amazon gaming other such places. Plenty to do with the switch. Recomend the console.

I know the Switch 2 is set out to come out soon, but this one still holds up. Great for family and personal fun!

I have just about every Nintendo system and this definitely tops them all. Only two games out so far but both Zelda and Mario kart are great. System takes a little to get used to as it's different from any handleing in the past but easy to adapt to.

The Nintendo Switch is what the Wii U should've been; a fully portable, handheld gaming console, that can also be played on the big screen. So far, 1st party Nintendo titles like Zelda BOTW & Mario Odyssey, look and play great in both modes, while AAA 3rd party titles like Skyrim & Doom, are really only impressive when you consider the fact that they are mobile versions. The system has a lot going for it, but as we approach the 1 year anniversary of it's release, there are still some things I'd like to see Nintendo improve. Online functionality... having to tether a smart device to the switch and use an app for the full online experience, complicates what is normally a basic, built in feature on other platforms; Why, after all these years Nintendo is still having such a hard time figuring this out, I don't know. I would also like to see cloud saves and/or the ability to back up your game saves to the SD card; I would hate to have 100+ hours into a game like BOTW, and then have to send the system in for repair or something, and potentially lose that progress. Where is the Virtual Console??... I feel that the Switch is plenty capable of handling classic Nintendo Titles from NES all the way up to the Wii U; being able to play these games anytime, anywhere would be a big sell to a lot of nostalgic gamers, and by not having them included, Nintendo is leaving a lot of money on the table; and potentially missing an opportunity to solidify the Switch as the preferred gaming platform for many. Personally, I would also like to see an achievement/trophy system; but at this point, I don't know how/if they could implement it retroactively for all the games that have already been released. Overall, the Nintendo Switch is a good Secondary/companion gaming system for those with dedicated home consoles/PCs, with the potential to be the primary/sole option for many gamers (should Nintendo decide Improve upon it, and not become complacent with the systems early success).
