Good service online but in the store there are no employees and no customers service

I am pleasantly suprised with this. They should have done the Wii U like this. Great graphics and fun and great to travel with. I ride the train everyday to work and the battery last just long enough to where i can go back and forth to work.

I love that this system is portable, and can be played in the living room on the big TV. It is awesome to play games with multiple players. The wireless controllers are great, and the choice of games available is amazing.

My kids love it.. my son has been wanting one for a very very long time and trying to find one at a reasonable price was nearly impossible but I was actually glad I was able to get it thanks

We all play a go kart racing game and love the entertainment and competitive yet loving time we spend playing. Give us value while we are locked in our house during winter months and with small children!

my kids really wanted this for christmas and I thought it was not worth it the price but let me tell you it is so worth it, it a console that travels any where you go. make sure you get the case for protection

My only complaint is that I waited so long to buy it. Play it daily.

I got this for a gift and till now I know the person that got it is still having a lot of fun, no issues at the time and the purchase was made long time ago, nice and fast and in terms of connections is easy to set up.

I heard a lot of great things about the Switch before purchasing and I have to say the system holds up to its reputation. I love the portability of the console. I can played docked on my TV or handheld if someone wants to watch TV.

My friend tried to get a switch on release day, but they were sold out. I wasn't going to buy one at first, but then I started watching more and more videos and I was sold. Of course, everywhere was sold out. So I stood outside of Best Buy for over two hours in the cold and rain the following Sunday, and I finally got my switch. It was definitely worth it!!! I grew up playing Zelda, and I've been playing on my switch every chance I get (even lunch breaks at work). I've pre-ordered Mario Kart, and we're planning a tournament at work. If I have to pick a downside, I wish that this came with the charging Joy-con grip (the one it comes with doesn't charge the joy-cons). That being said, my controllers have never died on me while playing so it's pretty much a non-issue. I hope this review helps...I'm going to go play now!
