Overall, the Switch is a really great console for the kids to play on. They love being able to hook it up to the television and play together, while having a great selection of games available for them.

Never been a Nintendo gan, but this console is so incredible as it can be a hand held gaming system or use the HDMI cord and you can play it on the television or connect with a friend. Very clever. I bought this as a gift and think I will just keep it for a little longer.

My son absolutely LOVES his Nintendo Switch!!!!! Plays with it every single day!!!!!! LOVE that he gets to play games online with his brothers and cousins - which have PlayStation 4’s!!!!! So it’s the coolest thing!!!!! My son never leaves the house without it!!!!!

Works like any other switch. If you don't plan to use it in handheld mode constantly, it's plenty good and you don't need an oled. Got for a friend.

I feel as if I really shouldn't be reviewing the Switch this early. Its unfair to a point considering it really only has Zelda(which is also on the Wii U) but the fact that you can take this full fledged zelda game on the go is amazing. I know Nintendo has things lined up, from their own first party titles to hopefully plenty of third party support. But that was the hope for the Wii U as well. But with that said the Switch being a real portable vs the Wii U only being able to work a few feet away from the dock is a huge difference that makes the Switch something far more impactful for my life. I hope Nintendo does delivery more titles(To be honest the Wii U does have a solid line up of nintendo games on it, it just lacked third party support and correct advertising IMO) as well as opening up and expanding on the tablet aspect of the switch. I look forward to the switch becoming a bit more of an all in one device that can truly play home console games. We still dont know much about the online aspect but I hope nintendo makes it worth while for us fans. As well as giving us more than just ports(MK8) or what seems to be a pretty rushed sequel(ST2) and that the Switch is here to stay for years to come. Again this is a hard product to review but I give it a 4/5 because I feel the future of this system could be game changing if done correctly but I have my fears as Nintendo hasnt had the best track record for me personally as of late. With that being said I do believe most folks should wait until a few more titles are out for the system, I believe if Mario does come out on time this holiday season, that would be a perfect time to pick one up. If it does get delayed and we are left with mostly indies/ports/remakes I will have to still tell friends to wait and hope for the best.

I pre-ordered the Switch the day it was officially announced. I never purchased the previous Nintendo home console and wanted to play Zelda of course. Have I been happy with this purchase since. After 3 weeks of owning Nintendo Switch, I can say this is my go to console. Battery life is as advertised, I am sure once games have been created fully for the Switch, they will become more power efficient. Joycons are shockingly comfy to hold individually while playing games or in the JoyCon grip. If you playing mainly at home and forgot to dock the JoyCon purchase the charging grip otherwise the about 20 hour battery life on the JoyCons have not died on my while doing a day marathon of playing. I did take the Switch on Vacation and played it on the airplane no issues.

Now both kids have their own switch and the arguing has ended.

Haven't purchased a game system in a while and I seriously thought about getting an xbox or Playstation but decided to stay loyal to Nintendo. Boy am I sure glad I did. I LOVE "Legend of Zelda:Breath of the Wild" and MarioKart 8 is very fun. The kids (8 and 4) love it too!

Having owned all Nintendo systems this one is just as fun

The console looks great, runs smooth, and the Joy-Con controllers are a little revolutionary with their flexibility, but they also feel flimsy. That's my only concern. Also, all we need is a smash bros game for this system.

Love the portability of the Switch. Just want more games.

Love the game selection and portability, I made sure I got the two year a accidental since it is a portable with a screen. Overall like the feel of this system and the fact that it takes cartridges.

Best system for commuters. I can literally take this anywhere and the battery life is about 3-5 hours which is plenty for me. The game selection on the eshop is plenty. There are plenty to come in 2018 as well.
