I looked everywhere to find an available switch and I did here. It was perfect and new. If you need help finding a switch you could download this app called HotStock. It tells you when certain stores have it available to purchase.

A little confusing on how to play with others but easy to enough for 6 year old familiar with video games to get started.

I bought this for my grandson- great game. i also purchased insurance so when there was a problem -the greek squad tried to repair it- unfortunately it still did not work so it was replaced with a new game. as a reminder always get insurance.

We bought this for our 13 year old son birthday. He loves it and don't want to put it down. The screen is the prefect size. Me as a parent love the control it gives to me. I can set time limits as well as what he can play. This has been a very big help in him getting his chores done.

You don’t need to read any reviews if you’re thinking about getting a switch, just do it. For its size it’s actually pretty powerful. This thing really shines in handheld mode. At This point there are a lot of great games to play on it

I travel a lot for work. The Switch has been great for traveling on planes, in the hotel room, or when I'm waiting for a colleague outside of a meeting. The battery life isn't great, so an external battery pack is a necessity. Some of the ported games leave something to be desired, but Zelda and Mario are must play games. I would highly recommend buying a Nintendo Switch if you're a gamer who travels, or even if you're someone who was a big Nintendo fan in the past. The system is also great for younger kids and families to play together as it is one of the more co-op friendly consoles. Worth getting for sure!

The fact that you can play this as a console on your tv AND take it with you for a handheld game......brilliant Now I would have given it 5 ⭐️ but those joy-cons controllers that come with it are so small for when you’re playing it on your tv. And the larger controller (that looks like Xbox one controller) is also pricey. But all in all this is a good buy

Fun games . , however the stand went out twice after buying 2 of these so far , which prevents it from being on the tv !! Keep going to Facebook marketplace or GameStop for new stands

The original nintendo switch remains to be the best gaming console of all time. It’s likely recommended for those who haven’t picked one yet.

Since I bought this for my wife, who dislikes video games, she plays it every day! The best part is that she can play without the tv, So I get to play xbox at the same time! Animal Crossings is what she plays with the grandkids.

Console is small and can easily be taken with you anywhere you go. Grandkids will love playing it on road trips. Price is reasonable.Can transform from a console to a mobile system.

Absolutely love the switch! The ability to take it portable / on the go / or just play in handheld mode while others watch the tv is FANTASTIC! Games are great too!

Its the best portable gaming console which can turn into full blown TV console. Quality seems fine. Controllers are a little wierd and not ergonomic expecially if yo udetach them from the screen. They are just too small. One downside are the games. Its definitely in a different category than PS4. Overall not bad, just hope more "true" games come out.

Great for families with kids. My family played on the switch for the first time at my brothers house and the kids immediately asked for one for Christmas.

One of my favorite consoles out right now.....the portability is incredible, docking is simple, the games are amazing and so much fun. a MUST have for any Nintendo fan!!

Graphics are great, awesome games available, convenient to take anywhere and play everywhere. Wish it was capable of watching videos like Netflix or YouTube?

I am a PC Gamer, I do not own any current gen consoles. That said the biggest selling point was portability since I can not bring 3 monitors and desktop with me everywhere. For the price you get a well built system that on paper has very underwhelming specs (2 year old nvidia CPU). BUT the switch 720p screen is great quality and unless you seen the specs sheet you would not know it was that low of a resolution. I did not expect much graphically of the system but is better then expected. Docking and playing on a TV has been a pleasant experience as well. The $300 MSRP though is far from what you will spend including games and pro controller ( to play with friends ) but that is the same with all consoles. Battery life is meh at best (about 3 hours), so expect to invest into a battery pack if you play on the go. The online is probably the best in terms of Nintendo consoles so far but overall Ui is weak. The game library is lacking like most new consoles but between the current big titles like zelda, mario kart, and now street fighter (and a few indy games) you'll definitely have enough to play. So would I suggest this as someone main/first gaming device, no. For someone like me who PC games or even those on current gen xbox and ps and wants to game on the go, then yes. Again the single best selling point is gaming on the go. If this was a docking / stationary console ONLY it wouldn't have even been considered.

Great quality item, works as described. Difficulty connecting to our wireless - FAQ didn’t address issue but haven’t pursued with CS yet. Expensive games

Simply stated: Nintendo switch is awesome. I'm so, so happy I decided to shell out the cash to get one when given the opportunity. If you're looking for an excellent console, focused squarely on games that remember that fun is the key ingredient, look no further. Also, Best Buy sold the console at a fair price, shipped it directly to my home inexpensively, and I even received it three days before expected. All-in-all I'm thrilled with the entire process. I'd write more, but its time to go save Hyrule. Happy gaming!
