Took me a long time to buy a Switch and while I wish I had done it sooner I glad I did. This is easily the most family fun I have had in gaming in a long time. The Switch is versatile and has a library of games that is diverse. Some people will tell you couch co-op, and family fun is missing in gaming. If they tell you that they are lying as the Switch has everything. Great first party games and great indie games. This is a console for everyone. Casual or hardcore players. Don't listen to those who try to tell you otherwise.

It was a perfect Christmas gift for my son and he absolutely loves it. The only problem was I needed new controllers after a few months.

Despite a fairly weak launch lineup (Though there is Zelda, which is almost all you need at launch), this console is a capable little machine that has a lot of potential. It's everything the Wii U should have been. The joy-cons, while not as good as the Pro Controller, are still comfortable enough to use for hours at a time. Battery life is long enough to get in some gaming on the train or on your lunch hour. And the screen is great. My only complaint has been the console's relatively weak wi-fi, which sometimes necessitates playing in handheld mode closer to the router. Overall, I'm looking forward to seeing what the future holds for it!

My friend was so happy to receive this as a gift. Definitely worth it!!

Nintendo really impressed me with this console! Besides having everything you need (hdmi, charger) included, the system can connect to the internet for any digital download for games! LOVE that it can be just like a game boy, but can also be shared on the big screen with others!

I bought it as a gift for my son. We love it as a family. Easy to use. I like the hand held option as well.

I spent over a year trying to decide if it would be "worth it" and let me just say, yes: it is worth it. I didn't grow up gaming, so this is my first real interaction with gaming and it's such a fun introduction. Going back and forth between handheld and using it on my tv is a dream. Seems silly to write a review on a product where there's really no alternative, but yes; this is a great console, and speaking as someone who has little experience with gaming, a great console to start with!

My boyfriend has been talking about wanting a Nintendo Switch since before it came out. For his birthday, I got him one! We tested it the same day he opened the box and so far so good! He said he wished it came with clearer instructions on how to set it up, but he managed fine.

A nice improvement for anyone like me switching over from the Lite. I absolutely love this thing! Can't think of a single thing I'd change. Well.. actually...it'd be rad if the switch had different color options like the Lite does (without having to be some special edition version attached to a Switch game) but other than that not a single thing. And for someone as picky as me that's saying something! Ha.

The switch is one of those devices that really hits the nail on the head. It fits lifestyle changes in popular culture at a perfect time. We still do use a TV for gaming, but we do want flexibility in that. In a household where the TV is oftentimes family entertainment, and sometime entertainment for one, the Switch fits the bill. Many nights when my wife want to watch TV, and I want to play a game, I can just grab the switch and go instead of having to force my wife to another screen. This platform has a lot of growing to do, but the switch is a great realization of the merging of mobile and gaming consoles. It's worth every penny.

But the switch for Super Mario bros. Awesome quality and fun! Very nice to be able to be on the go and use the two remotes to battle other friends on the screen!

I really like that you can put the system into sleep mode at any point and come back to your game at a later time. I don't have always have alot of time to devote to gaming at one time, but I can usually fit in a 30 minute session here and there.

I don’t use my switch every day, I’ve had it for over a year now, however when I do use it, it’s fun and I definitely have built up my share of accessories and gaming library over the past 14 months. It’s easy to pick up and play, and just as easy to settle in with and hook up to the tv for endless entertainment. Definitely aimed at younger crowds, but you can find more mature themed games they just aren’t as prolific on the new gen consoles like Xbox and ps5, but the portability and fun factor is a 5/5.

Great quality system from Nintendo. Their hardware is always quality and with this system they’ve definitely supported it with first party and third party games.

Wife and I needed to upgrade the Wii on a rainy weekend. Switch is definitely the way to go
