I bought my wife a Switch on launch day 2017. I was a little hesitant to get one myself given the availability of games on prior Nintendo consoles. As more versatile titles became available for the Switch (ex. DOOM) as well as seeing my wife enjoy her Switch I decided to join the fun - a decision I am very happy with to this day. The Switch allows for gaming in home or on the go. I no longer have to take the TV for console gameplay and have near-console processing power held in my hands to enjoy recreational gaming. Highly recommend this item.

This is our second switch because our daughter went to college and we all like to play it.

Yeah its a nice handheld console hybrid, I would suggest looking up how to play in tv mode without the dock, the dock cna scratch and warp your switch because Nintendo designed it so well which is ironic becuse the switch its sell is designed well.3

Switch V2 with improved battery life! Can't complain. Love how portable this system can be if needed!!

My honest review is... it’s missing a few things. Bluetooth connection would have been nice. The charging port is on the wrong side. Screen isn’t amazing, your phone has a better display. But what really matters is the games. Which the switch has some good ones and a list that’s growing. Unlike the vita, 3rd party companies are making games for the switch. Which is great news. I really hope Nintendo makes a version of the console that hits the mark and refines all the little details. Overall, cool gadget.

As innovative and fun as the original Wii, the Switch is versatile, fun, and a great (and different) console. Just be prepared to shell out for accessories.

I would say this is the most valuable investment I made in 2017. The price is not cheap but you can enjoy more than what you paid. I have bought some games, except the Street Fight, I like most of them. It's fun to play with your friends and family.

Our newest switch console has been great having. I had been hunting for one from GameStop, Target and Walmart nearly everyday with no luck we had been looking for one on and off since March. I finally downloaded the Best Buy app on a whim and I was able to buy one the very next day! I thought it was a glitch it was so good to be true. With COVID and being home now it comes in handy. There is so many cool/fun games you can play by yourself or with friends and family.

My kids love this thing! They challenge each other all day long and when we are on trips it’s a lifesaver!!! Definitely a must have!

Got this one cause I didn’t like the red and blue joycons works great and is a blast to play in.

As the title says, it’s a great console. Well built, light and easy to take on the go. Only down side is I’ve ran out of games to play. The switch is close to 7months old now and there’s only so many times I can beat Breath of the wild (it’s 9 times by the way). And still no apps like Netflix? It’s 2017 Nintendo bra. My fridge has Netflix and runs Minecraft, plus it can keep my food cold !! Not as portable though. :(

My daughter had been wanting the Nintendo Switch since they came out. So for Christmas we got one for her, along with her favorite game. She spends hours playing on line with her friends. I like how the unit will play thru the TV. For the amount of time I've actually been able to look it over, it seems to be well thought out and ergonomic. I like the size of the screen, much better than the old Game Boy consoles. And Nintendo makes quality products. Our daughter has well over 100 hours on this device with absolutely no issues.

Great system. Bought it for Mario Kart, but I found plenty of other reasons to keep it!

Great product to get the family together and play together. Only thing I don't like is the dock connector us just a USB-C port and doesn't feel that sturdy for daily use. We will primarily leave it docked.

Was looking to get one long time. This is fun and portable gaming system. Has great selection of games and fun to play.

Not the best for AAA games, but amazing for entertaining family, friends and drinking games!

After all these years of letting game consoles pass me by....since the Gamecube, I got plenty of time to explore what type of gaming console I wanted to purchase. The Switch has everything I want in a modern system, and so much more! I use it mainly on the TV, but I love that I can play it handheld if I feel like it. I'm slowly but surely buying games, and learning about this new Nintendo eco-system. Very happy with my choice, over PS5 and Xbox.
