I am very satisfied with the 10" Sylvania portable DVD player. The reviews I read were completely accurate. Picture quality is very good. It is very user friendly and reasonably priced. I give this product an overall thumbs up.

Love the bigger screen and swivel feature, easy to operate!

Easy to use and battery has a decent lifespan. Great feature is that the screen swivels covering the buttons for little fingers

I have not owned Sylvania before but have heard good things. I wanted this player for when I want to play a movie or seminar material that my wife is not interested in. I also plan to take it on trips when we retire. I have had -0- problems with this player. It says it has a high capacity battery, but I have only played 2 1/2 hours at a sitting, and will say it plays the entire time without a power problem. So I don't know its real capacity. The screen is a perfect size. I really like the fact it has a USB port for playing videos. I only used that once and it performed well. Volume is nice, lots of controls, eg, fast forward, which most players I have owned in the past only would skip to next track. Though my needs are simple, this player has everything I want and more.

This is an awesome DVD player! It was priced 10- 15 dollars lower than the nearest competitor who was not a major brand. It has all the features my truck driver husband wanted. This is our 3rd player and the first of this brand. All DVD players pretty much require small speakers or headphones for improved sound.

Purchased this portable DVD player mainly for when I am bringing our granddaughter up here or have our great-granddaughter in the car. It quickly charged, easy to use, great product for a great value. Would definitely recommend someone to purchase this one if they are looking for a Portable DVD player.

Needed something to help pass the time on a train trip, and this little baby did the trick. It was stated to have about 4-5 hours of life, yet I easily watched 2 movies and at least 3 episodes of a show all in one go. The swivel screen is a nice touch if you want to cover up the controls and just prop the screen up in front of you. Would be nice if it could have played Blu-ray as well, but this is still worth the price for a reliable player.

Large screen makes viewing dvds easier. Perfect for traveling. Has 4 hour battery. Recommend this portable DVD player to take on trips, camping , to the beach.

This DVD player is a good choice. Larger swivel screen, easy controls and long battery power. A nice way to watch a film.privately or on the go. I would recommend this item for purchase.

Great little DVD/CD player. Easy to use,decent picture and sound and good battery life.

This is a nice DVD player, light to transport and holds battery life. The only thing is that it only has 1 headphone jack, so buy a splitter for 2 people viewing

My 3 yr old had cracked her previous DVD player we had bought her and I found this on sale at a great price. Went and purchased it and was very pleased.

A good product to watch dvds on, Especially when you can use earphones to listen to it at night while on vacation. Five hr battery life is acceptable.

Good portable DVD player. I did buy the 4 yr B.B. warranty bc of my son. Down fall is no Headstrap to mount the portable dvd player

We use this player for our daughter to watch movies in the car. We have had it several months and it works just fine.

I've wanted one of these for years but never could really justify it. Since we don't have a tv in the bedroom right now, I decided it was time to try it. I LOVE IT! It's lighter and smaller than my laptop and so easy to position the viewing screen. I did have trouble with the first one I bought. I read the directions and when I went to plug it in, I didn't get the charging LED to come on. I returned it immediately and then waited for a replacement. Had to order it because although Best Buy puts a label for it on the shelf, they carry no stock of it. When I got the new one, I had the same problem. But I decided to keep it and try it. Eventually I discovered that I had to usually have it on AND unplug and replug the device to get the charging light to come on. After that, I could turn off the device and the charging light would stay on. So definitely an item quirk. Would it charge even with the light off? I don't really know. I got it at a sale price so I'm happy. I would recommend it as I think the picture and sound quality good. And all the functions I need are there plus a remote which I don't need and a car charging cord.

We bought this for long car ride for vacation with two year old nephew. We were able to play store bought movies as well as some borrowed from library. He had a great picture and so convenient with both cords.
