You can only read so many books when you're in between fishing sessions on the creek so I thought this would help. Always hafta take a small generator anyways to keep the cel phone charged for emergencies. Excellent color and sound and plays all my DVD's and music CD's. Fits into my Footlocker no problem.

It says battery life is only 2 hrs which is a drawback. So far, picture quality and sound are good. I never use the swivel screen

I liked the big size, but not worth keeping. I returned and bought a better player instead.

The ability to swivel the screen to allow others to watch a movie is a plus. This unit is fairly new but is has been uses a lot.
