Good until it started acting up and would have to restart the dvd

This set up works great. There are only 2 issues I have: 1. The disc spins very loudly 2. The movie restarts anytime the battery is shut off. The second issue might be fixable, but I haven't had a chance to look into it yet. Other than that it's fantastic! Much better than the last player I used.

I got this from BestBuy and it is meet my need when driving or stay in remote to watch DVD.

The quality of this DVD player is why I bought it. It can be used in the house and not just in the vehicle. The picture is very good. It is also easy to install and operate. GREAT PURCHASE!

These have better displays than any others we've tried. The colors are brighter and more vibrant than other models we've used. The unfortunate thing is that one of the players suddenly stopped being able to play DVD's after a few days of ownership. Hopefully just an anomaly...

Very good quality for a reasonable price. Easy operation. Quality picture for DVD. Does not play Blue-Ray DVDs. I would have preferred fewer cords and jacks in the middle in stead of opposite sides. It definitely made traveling with a 6 and 9 year old much more pleasant.

On any trip over 10 minutes with two or three children in the back seats the marvel of a DVD captures unequaled attention and reduces horseplay. Now you can say “do you want me to turn off the movie,” ensuring a stress free drive. I would buy it again and recommend it to a friend.

Car, Kids, Road trip...need I say more? This portable dual dvd player is a life saver

I was looking for something easy and quick to put in my vehicle. Set up is easy and picture and volume good. The connecting cable from one screen to the other could be a little longer so you can hide them rather than running them across mid section between seats.

We have used our DVD player for long trips and the kids love it. Nice quiet ride.

We purchased this set for my wife's vehicle, to replace an old pair that lasted 3 years. We picked this one because it has a remote. The screens, the design, and the ease of use are all great for a handheld portable DVD player, but their idea of a "mount" for the car is a single fabric strap, and it doesn't work well.

This Dual screen dvd player is a great and helps distract my son's in the car.

Overall the unit is nice. Only features that I missed is having the volume control on the remote and back up battery. once the car turns off, everything turns off and have to start the CD from the beginning. Easy to install. Great for long road trips.

This system has a clear picture. It's easy to use. Nice that the buttons are big and in the front - makes it easy to operate. Pleasant sound as well. Even has a remote

This DVD player is slim and has a good screen. The sound was loud and clear so our toddler didn't have to struggle with earbuds (though they were included). The only downside was the amount of time it took to start up. Definitely not a deal breaker though.

I bought this set after having been through two of the insignia DVD players. They seem great so far!! Only con I have is that the volume you have to push the button to turn it up rather than there being a dial on the side you can slide up & down.

This was such an easy affordable option for the car. Works great, screens are large, good sound and picture quality. Only drawback is the cords but it is long enough to plug in into the front or back of the vehicle. Plugs easily into cigarette lighter

I bought this for $36 on the Deal of the Day. Though the cable of the charger was slightly defective, my kids were so excited for the product while the store did not have another one in stock; I kept the item then. It did not last 3 weeks when the second screen started making a strange noise. I returned the item back to bby for exchange. The new one had a different worse symptom: It plays the disc for just 5 minutes and then goes off and on displaying loading, plays 2-10 seconds, display loading, ... I tried with different discs but the same result. I returned back to bby to have it either fixed or exchanged. They advised to simply return it. So disappointed!!!

The picture, the screens, the headrest tie downs are all pretty decent. The sound is less than desired. The unit does come with 2 cheaper earbuds, but that just adds more cables. Unit works best if run through aux cord into audio system.
