Perfect for us!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I first opened this I was thinking two things: 1) our daughter is going to love the light pink color! 2) The material looks very light weight plastic (I'll be honest it worried me a bit, wasn't sure how the video quality would be). Well...once I opened this up, and tried it out with a DVD I was happily surprised. The sound quality is great (not super loud but definitely loud enough for our four year old and to use while traveling). Also, loved all the little extras: swivel screen, remote, car plug, USB plug, wall plug, ear plugs. This is the perfect lightweight player for our family. Super happy with this purchase!

DO NOT BUY SYLVANIA PRODUCTS!!!

Sylvania only warranties portable DVD products for 90 days and that is how long it lasts. I bought this at Best Buy and they told me I would have to call the company. They were NO help. They do not care about their customers. I called 6 times and got the run around each time. Awful customer service!!! Unfortunately, I did not know it was only warranted for 90 days. Electronics are usually 1 year warranty. I would not have spent $100 dollars on this product, if I had known it was only warrantied for 3 months. I would have given 0 stars if i could, but it wouldn't allow that.
