Nothing sticks to this...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I added some olive oil the first time I went to use this, it beaded up and slid off. I have used it almost everyday since and it's just as slick months later. So big you'll cook too much food... But seriously, seared chicken slathered in BBQ sauce and the second I ran water over the pan it was clean again. I'm trying to find which t-fal set this matches to replace my other cookware.

Good for frying, but worst when cleaning
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The height of the pan is too low to be good for either pan fry or stir fry. The cooking oil would easily get on to the outside of the pan and burn to my flat surface electric stove. When oil coating the side and the bottom of the pan, it is not easy to clean it off totally. The only good for this pan is the heat seems to distribute evenly. Frying salmon and chicken would have beautiful golden brown.
