Phenomenal Service! I really cannot figure out how Best Buy makes any money from their Total Tech Membership because I personally have saved over $1000 in-home and auto installs alone. Geek Squad Auto Tech (Russ) at the Hoover, AL store is extremely knowledgeable about the products and installs. He did a very clean install. Would highly recommend!

Purchased a remote start with installation for my father in law. The staff was very helpful in determining which unit I should get and to find an installation day/time that worked for me. My father in law ended up getting a remote starter from his employees so I had to return the product. There were no questions asked and it was a breeze. Excellent customer service!

I have a few things about the radio install I'm not 100percent happy with. The stereo does not sit flush with the dash however I dont think the tech could have done anything about it...headlights dim when bass hits too hard...pretty sure that is a gmc electrical system thing.....and I hear a whine that follows the engine rpms coming through my speakers when volume is down and no music playing. Other than those items, the tech was very informative, timely, and very knowledgeable. Although there are a few things that are not perfect, I would go back to them again...
