    The installation team for my stereo was outstanding. They called me ahead of time and even let me come earlier than my scheduled appointment. When they were done, they called me and then gave me a full run down on how to use the new system. He even reprogrammed my presets for me! Best customer service experience I've had in years.

    This was a great experience. I had to look around for a best buy that had availability to do the install same day as purchase, but it was great. Very helpful service, walked me through the set up, stayed after to help me connect the phone. Excellent overall service and support. This was at the Arden Fair Mall location.

    Love not having to go out to a cold vehicle in the winter! Easy to use, i love the anti theft feature of if you try to drive off in it, it will die if the key isn’t in the ignition on the on position!

    My remote-starter on my car was not working, so I called and made appointment at the Crystal Lake IL Best Buy with a Geek Squad Auto Tech. They were able to give me an appointment the same day. They were waiting for me when I arrived, and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. They were awesome and I would definitely recommend them!
