My system bangs hard that's all I gots to say!!!!!

They installed a remote car starter in our SUV and were very friendly. Very happy with the installation.

I was very happy with the service I received from geek Squad and would recommend them to anyone.

Jeremy the guy that installed my new remote start and alarm system did a awesome job. He was very knowledgeable and helped me get what I needed after trying to order at a different location. He explained everything once it was complete and was very courteous.

I bought a dash cam from another vendor. The Geek squad installed it for me. They did a very neat job.

The installers were very courteous. They greeted me promptly and listened to my concerns attentively. One named Brandon researched to ensure my system would work properly in my year & model car. He took the time to explain and demonstrate the functionality of my remote. Great service!

I showed up to drop my vehicle the tech is not there yet. Then when he shows up I give home the vehicle and walk off and go next door to Target and who do I find walking in the tech that is suppose to be installing my alarm. Then I finally wonder back to my vehicle after walking target and only to find out the tech has not started on my vehicle. It’s almost been an hour now. Getting frustrated so I called for a ride and went eat.

Works good for everything that is suppose to do...

Best Buy does a good job. I have had some bad experiences in the past but it depends on which store you go to. For the most part, I have had a great experience overall with their installation team. The guys in the shop were professional, courteous, and meticulous about their work.

Ive needed to contact BB’s CS a few times in the past, and they’ve always been great. Very helpful and quick.

I installed this unit in my 2002 vehicle with 300,000 miles that I cannot seem to sell. Coupled with my Boston Acoustic speakers, the unit delivers excellent sound. Positives: HD radio, built-in Pandora App, and a very clear microphone. The unit comes with Apple and Android-enabled software. I think a separate connector cable is required. I would buy it again, and glad I invested, even though this is a part-time dog, motorcycle, and camper hauler.

The agent helped me sort out some mistakes the sales associate made. He explained all options and discussed options so there were no surprises. I have been using Best Buy to install car audio since the mid-1990's and I will most certainly use them again.

The different options for music is great. All of the buttons can be a little too much sometimes.

Was a difficult installation but it does the job. Only one fab, wish it had come with two.

I’m still have to read the instruction to make sure that it works and it does and he save me a whole other appointment with my car dealership. I’m so happy & stressed free

We watched a movie next door while our tech went to work on our car!!! Hadn’t been to a movie in years! Enjoyed the big reclining chairs and My New Remote starter!!!! He texted us in theater when we were ready!!!! What great customer service!!!! Newnan Best Buy Rocks!!!!!!
