The tech guy for the auto department of Best Buy does an excellent job! My speakers didn't work in my vehicle and he helped me pick out the right ones and a new radio. He priced matched everything and was very fast at installing it. I have had zero problems!

Service tech was very knowledgeable. The radio install was beyond what was expected. He also installed a speaker for talking on my phone while driving. The radio had jacks in the back for charging my phones. He ran an extension into my glove box to make it more accessible

Geek squad is great I went in to have some speakers put in my car. I made an online appointment and it let me make one for the same day. I was quoted a time frame of 1 hr and 15 min but they where so good it was only 35 min and my speakers sound awesome. Thanks Geek Squad!

We had our new car stereo installed by Geek Squad at Best Buy. The installation was conveniently scheduled to meet my needs. The installation was done professionally. I am considering having them install another car stereo soon in my other car! Great job!

The installers have great customer service skills and did a fantastic job installing my radio, camera, and sat radio. I have had many installs done at the Roanoke VA store and bought many appliances. The Geek Squad is the main reason I keep coming back.

They did what they promised! Had a 10AM appointment, dropped it off a bit before, said it would be done at 1PM, and got a text saying it was ready at 12:30PM! Then they took their time to show me how the remotes worked and the settings. Great job!
