Installers did a great job. Would go back again for installation

My experience was awesome!from the time I walked in,till the time o walked out. The installer was very knowledgeable about every stereo I touched in the store. Customer service is everything to me, and for that...I'm giving 5 star!

New speakers for a new truck and the service was an A+. Got the installation finished quickly. The service tech was professional, helpful, personal and most importantly did not try to push additional services or items. Top notch service

Not sure what this was for but had to pay it... This was a "shop" fee that was not previously mentioned when I purchased all the items to be installed. This was an added last minute fee that was supposed to be standard for all installations.

The Geek Squad, is a well trained and offers great Customer service! The installed this technology in my vehicle, and I'm now able to use it with ease.

Install went great but the did not let me make an appointment for install at the time of purchase I had to call later on and when I called most appointments for the month where already filled after the install the installer did not know how use the alarm so he was not able to really give my a walk thru on how to use it

I have forgotten the name of the tech, but he was AWESOME!!!! He had the job done early, saved me money on the additional parts I didn't need, and fixed a problem with one of the speakers. Would definitely go there for any install

Needed this for my Auto start device. Geek squad said it was only a penny for it, hard to believe that it actually was only a penny! Geek squad did a fantastic job with the installation!

The guy that worked in the shop did a great job. He was knowledgable and provided one on one training on how to use the stereo and even setup my phone. Installation was great and has been problem free for quite some time now

The service tech's seem experienced. Wait time for an appointment was like a month out. Some of the extras you'll end up needing seem to be bestbuy nickel and dimein. Geeksquad installation was a big enough charge

Everything was installed well and clean job. Was disappointed the tech could not figure out to get both slider van doors to work. Was told if they found a solution they would call. Few years later haven't heard back. But everything else works good

After trying myself and various friends help for nearly 3 weeks to install my newly purchased car stereo — I took it to Best Buy in Colma, CA. The technician there had it installed and playing loudly within about 45 minutes!

I am so happy with my remote starter. Chris G installed it for me and has done a wonderful job. He got me in within a day to have it installed. Way overjoyed with my experience at Best Buy. Should be named Best Guy !,
