Ricky installed a deck light for my wife's vehicle. He made sure it looked great, worked properly and met our expectations. I would recommend this BB location for any installation work. Ricky and Sean are both wonderful.

Was installed correctly and i have no issues or worries

I was going to install it myself, but the temperature went down to single digits, so I had it installed by the geek squad. Juan did an excellent job of routing the wire for the antenna and an overall great job!!! =)

The installation of my remote start was quick and easy, for me at least. I dropped my car off and everything was explained in advance. He provided a tutorial when it was ready, and it's worked great since the start.

Jake has been very personal about his work. Has walked my wife and I through the whole process. He's fast and efficient at what he has done. Wiuld absolutely recommend him and his crew.

I ordered it for my 2018 canry hybrid. Everywhere on bb site and compustar site it showed compatible. After installation the bb tech told he cant activate it because code is not yet updated for hybrid Camry. Was told tyt the update will be available in next two months and this was back in October 2017. Till date still waiting for the update...

I had a pioneer 1600 watt amp installed in my Lincoln. The geek squad is the best there Is! I wouldn't go anywhere else. They always take the time to give the best advicadvice and always do an excellent job installing the equipment. 5 star!

Roman (Tempe MarketPlace Store-Tempe, AZ) did a fantastic installation job. He is very professional, very patient with me, (an older lady, who is not tech savvy), and clear in his instruction. He is a gem of an employee.

Very happy with my recent purchase of the remote start. It was only supposed to take up to 2 1/2 hrs and it took 4 hrs just a wee bit disappointed in that but they did a great job and were very nice and professional!

Expert installation. The gentleman had an extensive knowledge of the equipment and could explain any inquiries in terms for anyone to understand. Did not have to wait long and car was left spotless afterwards.

Install was very quick. I dropped off my car, went to lunch and by the time I was done eating I got a call to pick up my car. Car was clean with no wire bits everywhere like I have had happen before with other shops.

The Geek Squad did a great job with the installation. Everything was done very professionally.

No problems so far I will update if there are any issues.

The agent installed my remote car start in no time at all. He was very informative and said come back if you have any problems. A plug later came loose and he fixed it in seconds. Loved my experience.
