Very happy with how they took excellent care of my vehicle when it came time to upgrade my factory system. They took the time to walk me through everything to make sure I knew how it all worked.

Purchased 2/5/24. Could not get installed until 3/23/24 at the earliest. After a 7 week wait I was told they couldn’t install. The inconvenience to me on making arrangements and waiting was very disappointing. Went to Stereo and Dash in Miamisburg and they installed same brand in 2 1/2 hrs. Hmmm…. 3 stars only because they were polite.

Had a Great installer who knew what he was doing even got the adapter sent from the other store and still was done in 35 minutes for free. great service and fast what else could I ask for?

I purchased the T-Harness Bundle for my Car Security System.

It took several weeks to get in to have my remote start installed. Took longer than expected and was not ready when I was told to pick it up. Installer was not there when I picked it up so I was given no instructions or opportunity to discuss anything with them at that time. Since then, I have had a couple of issues, which took a while to hear back from the installer and there is still a potential issue that needs to be looked at and I still have no solid date or time to get it looked at. One delay after another and that is the biggest frustration. Installer either needs help or is overbooked. Remote start is working fine, for the most part.

Did a great job installing car stereo in my commercial truck which is very large they did it outside with no problem as my vehicle couldn’t fit in the garage.

The agents in Toledo spent two hours and found the cause of my new remote not working. They installed missing T-Harness and determined the original remote was defective.
