The tech who installed my remote start was extremely flexible, starting early because I arrived early. He completed it in the time he said he would. He walked me through using it, then offered his card should I have any questions later. Great tech overall!

Best Buy installation of my Kenwood radio purchased for my 2006 ford mustang was an excellent .I made an appointment for the installation for one day after purchase of my radio at 12:00PM Saturday morning . I took my car in at 12 and tech was waiting for me and began the job right away informing me that it would take about an hour so he took my cell number to call me when ready .I was called in about an hours time as I did a little shopping til then. I picked up my car radio was professionally installed and has worked fine now for weeks Great job and it was for FREE with purchase. I was given my old radio back and told they would reinstall it for free if I ever wanted to sell car and wanted to keep new radio and replace it with old original. Wow how many shops would do that for FREE also. Best Buy great service and a great price for radio with Free installation. I had shopped a similar radio at other shop higher price and 100+ dollars for installation Really happy with Best Buy Thanks

So glad the technician was there to help get everything together. This T harness bundle was essential for getting my remote start system installed in my car. It all works together well and the tech who installed everything was great.

No problems with installation, scheduling an appointment, or the time it took. Had some questions as to entering the car and starter shutting down. A phone call solved that problem. Was informed of tapping the brake before shutting the door. And voom...

This was a new system installation so I would have hands free operation of my phone and the ability to play music from my phone. Everything works great together. Clean professional installation. A year later and absolutely no issues. Professional installation on time.

Mike has installed my truck radio and this time a Garmin backup camera. In both installations, Mike demonstrated expertise and patience in providing user information. The installation was flawless for both devices. Mike is an knowledgeable service technician, and an outstanding individual.

I have to say rhat i am more than please with my new remote control starting system. My previous installation couldn't be completed that day. The best buy pro's wasted no time with the same day of purchase installation for me. Shawn and his crew, did a very professional job as well as show me the complete experience to make sure i knew the in and out of it's function. I plan on replacing the one on my impala.

Nelson from the Edwardsville store is an amazing employee who went the xtra mile for me. He first recommended a compustar kit. As it said it was compatible with my Nissan Armada. 2 days at attempted installation and failed customer support to help him get it working and he decided to call viper customer service to see if there product would work on my vehicle. They not only told him which model would work but walked him through the installation. My vehicle was there 3 days total while most people would be mad about this I appreciated the length he went to to provide me with a remote start. He came in on his day off the day before thanksgiving and delayed his own Holliday trip to go be with family to finish my installation. I have seen a lot of bad reviews on these guys and I simply do not agree. I was provided with excellent service and will always remember the kindness and dedication to see the job through.

My new-to-me but 12-year-old SUV came, of course, with an antiquated sound system. Not only did Best Buy have a large selection of Bluetooth sound decks that fit perfectly in my dashboard, the Geek Squad tech did a flawless installation while I waited in the store.

So been wanting something like this for awhile now since my aux outlet doesn't work anymore. Got tired of cds I mean cds no one uses those anymore.haha So said what the heck let me purchase one and love it listen to my Spotify with bluetooth and my new pioneer speakers.
