    The installer was very personable. But could use more training he lacked attention to detail and skill set. I know because the backup camera was not functioning after install neither was the microphone. I went to a local radio specialist and after 15 minutes most of that taken up by removing all the dash covers. Date found that the wires were included in the wrong slot. A simple mistake but one that cost me additional money and cost Best Buy my trust in their skill set. I will probably use BestBuy again but the next time I will question every step and asked how long they have been doing installations.

    Everett at Best Buy in Danbury is the absolute best. I wouldn't trust my vehicles to be worked on by anyone else

    The installation went well; however the appointment process had some hiccups. It service install date and time was changed by the Best Buy techs many times. Not sure why, but it was a hassle.
