The installer (Wally) from the Countryside store was excellent. The Joliet store screwed up my order and assured me that the starter and all accessories would be delivered to the Countryside store prior to the installation date. When I arrived, they had no record of the sale made back in December at the Joliet store. Wally spent at least 40 minutes on the phone with Joliet to get the issue resolved. In my opinion, he went above and beyond to get the order right and then continued with a fast and efficient install! Thank you Wally for everything you did for us!

they were great at installing all the parts for my remote start and can not even tell that they removed things and put back on for all the components of the system.

In made an appointment I came in time to my appointment at 300 he told me it would be ready in a hour I left and he call in about 35 minutes and he told me iam ready to go I was pleased

Versus pulling the dash apart and wasting a day figuring out how to install an amp, I went with Ken and his team to install the amp in an hour and results were amazing!!

Schedule to book an install appointment was a ways out due to holidays, but got an appt scheduled and they were fast and easy to work with...and it works great!
