We called multiple times and they always said they would call back later, but they never did. Multiple times. We then called again, and it turns out the people we were talking to COULD schedule an appointment. But if was scheduled for a LONG time out, and it honestly might not be winter by then.

I bought a remote car starter for my wife last Christmas(2022). The first available installation appt was in March of 2023 and we had to drive an hour to the closest Best Buy. We made the appt and drove to the store. Dropped off the car and went to lunch. Half way through our lunch, I get a call from the store asking if we had the wire harness. I did not. Didn't know I needed one. Then I was told that there were none in stock and we would have to reschedule for April. The day before that appt, I got a call saying their installer wouldn't be there and we would have to reschedule. In the meantime, the store ordered a harness for the starter. Soon after the second appt was cancelled, I got an email saying the harness would be returned to inventory since I hadn't picked it up. I assumed the store would keep in on hand until we were finally able to have the starter installed.
I did the online chat thing trying to get another appt scheduled but all I got were scripted answers and still do not have an appt to have this work done. I get the runaround every time I try to schedule. Can someone contact me that can actually help me? I want the work done that I have already paid for. This has been a nightmare! Not only, the issues with the installation, but the waste of my time and money driving over an hour each way for nothing. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
