Poor customer service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The tech was very arrogant on the phone when I called the day before to verify if I needed any equipment since my remote start was installed at another location. He said that previous tech was inexperienced as he had been doing this for years. Upon arrival I had to wait to even drop off my keys even though I had a scheduled appointment. After service was done I needed to get a refund for the old equipment. The tech refused to assist and told me he don’t have time and to go inside. I understand that he might not have been able to do it as he has other services to finish but there is a better way to communicate to a customer.
