    I showed up at my scheduled time to have my newly purchased stereo installed only to find out the installer was sick and had to go home....here’s my issue with this Store’s Management team, TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMER. Don’t say, “it’s not our fault he is sick” or “you can leave your car and maybe we can get it done later if our other installer shows up.” I took the day off work to have this 90 min install done. They actually expected me to sit there for an unknown amount of time and possibly not even get the install complete. I called Best Buy directly to complain about my experience and I have received NO response....not a phone call, not an email.....nothing until they sent me this opportunity to provide feedback on my install. I have been a loyal customer up until this point with purchases of TV’s, cameras, drones, gaming systems, games etc... I’m disappointed that my Value as a loyal customer has been thrown away. Shame on you Best Buy loyalty is hard to come by these days.

    They did the installation so bravo. The deck does not sit properly and pops out of place daily. I also asked them to install an adapter for the average and the installer refused. The only reason I would use them is for the free installation but wouldn't be my first choice if bought outside of BB.

    They installed my husbands car stereo, everything purchased through them, however when he left the back speakers weren’t playing any sound. He called and spoke with them THE SAME DAY, they were giving him the run around and pushing him off til later in the week stating everything was hooked up correctly and was working when he left. He decided to take a look himself, and there was a piece that wasn’t hooked up correctly. Like you have 1 job. He fixed it himself. They should take care of the customers the same day. If I brought my car in and everything was working, yet when I’m leaving it isn’t I shouldn’t be pushed off for your convenience. P.S. my husband has a LOUD car stereo which is why he didn’t hear the back wasn’t working until he started messing with the configurations.

      Congrats on upgrading your car! However, the service you described is far from the install experience we aimed to provide. We understand that having a stereo installed is a big deal, so it's understandable that he'd want everything working perfectly that day. While I'm glad he figured out what was wrong, I'm saddened that the Agents weren't able to fit him in when he came back for help. I recommend that your husband work with store leadership for further assistance on this matter.

    Tech was late for service appointment. Tried to call the store and was put on hold twice and eventually just left on hold when I discussed the issue with manager I basically got blown off. This location needs customer service training in the worst way

    Don’t buy from them unless you’re setting up your installation. They told me they could schedule the installation around my schedule or even have someone come to me to do it and it would be set up after purchase, purchased it and then they said the only time was in the time frame I said wouldn’t work and well over a month out
